Wonderful apartment - Exceptional Host
Very nice, well maintained apartment. The rooms have been made to be equivalent to individual hotel rooms. Walking distance to Vatican and shops. Very good food nearby. Alessandra is exceptional. Great host, always available for any questions. Showers are cozy like many Europe. No hesitation recommending!

Absolutely Perfect!
This was our third stay in this apartment and the exceptionally high standards have certainly been maintained.
Alessandra welcomed us with food and a well stocked fridge. The apartment was immaculately clean, well stocked with all the essentials (toiletries, plenty of towels, slippers, breakfast cereals, croissants, milk, juice, soda, wine, etc, etc).
The location could not be better with the Vatican a couple of minutes walk away and plenty of cafe bars and first class restaurants on the door step.
We will most certainly return again.

Perfect location, wonderful apartment!
What a beautiful apartment! Perfectly located just outside the Vatican walls. 10 minute walk to Ottaviano metro station, 10 minute walk to Vatican Museum entrance, with restaurants and markets very near. The hostess surprised us with a nice lunch when we arrived (sandwiches, mini pizzas and pesto squares), as well as fresh fruit in the kitchen, milk, juice, soda, water, and a bottle of wine. The rooms were clean and pristine. 3 bedrooms, each with king size bed. Living room with large table for 6 and sofas. Kitchen with dishwasher. 2 bathrooms with showers, hair dryers provided as well as shampoo (no conditioner) and small soap bars. Small washing machine (able to wash about 2 sets of clothes) with detergent provided. No clothes dryer, but a large drying rack was provided to dry clothes overnight. Apartment is on 2nd floor (ground level is Floor 0), but elevator available (4 people, or 2 with suitcases). Umbrellas available. Metro maps and tour brochures provided. 2 sets of keys to the apartment. The hostess helped set up transport for us from Rome Fiumicino Airport to her apartment - cost was 60 Euro payable to the driver. He was waiting for us at the baggage claim with our name on a sign and spoke English. I recommend you change cash to Euro at the airport t pay the driver. This was a perfect stay for our family of 4 (with 2 teenage boys).

Brilliant
My husband and our 3 children visited in early november. The apartment was brilliant with plenty of space for the kids. My teenager was even Impressed with the speed of the WiFi! We arrived early and the owner couldn't have been more helpful, she met us and even provided a sandwich lunch and lots of Halloween goodies for the children. The location was great for the Vatican and we found some great restaurants in the area.i can't recommend the apartment highly enough. If your a group or a slightly larger family looking for accommodation in Rome I don't think it will be beaten

Spacious and Gracious blocks from the Vatican and the Metro
Huge 3 bedroom in a great location. The owner/manager (Alessandra) was there to greet us on arrival and showed us how everything worked. She had also brought sandwiches, small pizza snacks and cookies. There was coffee to brew, soda and milk in the refrigerator and laundry soap for the washer. During our stay a member of our party was locked out of the apartment and Alessandra met her to let her in. Can't say enough good things about this place. A great location near the Vatican, restaurants, groceries, shopping, and the Metro. Alessandra also arranged a van to take us back to the airport - the cost was much less than the Uber that initially brought us from the airport. If I had one complaint, it would be the sofas - too low to the ground for this old man:)

Thank you also for your comment about the sofas: I understand that although their modern Italian design is stylish, you may probably prefer a classic shape! :-)
Anyway, on your next stay at Rosy's Dream (hopefully very soon!) I will make a point to offer you suitable alternatives!

Rosy’s Dream a Real Delight!
Rosy’s Dream at the Vatican was just that - a real dream come true! Location superb - just steps from St. Peter’s Basilica. Rosy and Allesandra met us at the apartment upon our arrival and gave us an introduction to the facility and the immediate area. We were left with items for lunch, cereals and fruit for breakfast, beverages and a host of other treats. The apartment itself was IMMACULATE! There is NO BETTER PLACE to stay while in Rome than at Rosy’s Dream!!!

Our favorite apartment in all of Italy!
Rosy's apartment is almost as wonderful as Rosy herself! Our family of five adults was amazed when we were greeted by such immaculate and stunning accommodations! We were treated to a nice lunch upon our arrival and Rosy made us feel right at home the moment we met her!
The bedrooms were all spacious with comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything necessary to make a decent breakfast, Vatican only a 10 minute walk, metro and markets nearby, a washer(YEAH!) and bus literally at our door!
I promise you will not be disappointed if you are fortunate enough to book this place!

Wonderful apartment in Rome, next to the Vatican
Amazing location with easy access to public transportation. Rosy was kind enough to stay up late till 1.30 am to welcome us and show all the appliances. The apartment is very spacious and maintained spotless. The kitchen has most appliances and cookware you will need. We strongly recommend Rosy's Dream.
A few tips to future visitors. Rosy also will tell you about these.
Local grocery store: PAM on Via Terenzio. Inexpensive, English speaking grocery store. We bought our stuff here and cooked at home.
Food: Many good restaurants around here. We recommend Nanu on VIa Varrone, next to La Zanzara. In most restaurants, food is a lot cheaper if you eat standing at the bar. Good sushi at Taki, though expensive.

Amazing accomodations with the best location and hospitality!
The apartment is very spacious & clean. It has ALL the amenities you need to make your stay awesome. The host greeted us and walked us from room to room. The location is perfect - right near a metro station and the Vatican. Prime area to get where you need to go. I cannot say more about this place. This was home away from home for us and would never think of staying elsewhere if we visit Rome again. This was my 5th trip and this by far was the best place to stay.
