Logement assez décevant par rapport à l’annonce qui vend du rêve à mon sens. Le logement est fatigué et on sent qu’il y a beaucoup de passage ce qui impacte l’ensemble des équipements (douche bouchée, porte du congélateur cassée, murs abîmés, meubles de cuisine détériorés, etc…)
Quant à l’emplacement, il faut prévoir de prendre le bus 8 pour une vingtaine de minutes de trajet et se retrouver en centre ville. Le quartier est moyennement propre (immeuble vieillot et rues sales) mais on s’y sent en sécurité. L’avantage est que l’on peu laisser la voiture garée au pied de l’immeuble sans payer le stationnement. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants sur les horaires de Check In et Check Out. La climatisation fonctionne bien. Également une boulangerie typique au pied l’immeuble qui est un vrai plus pour le petit dej ! Car quant au petit déjeuner indiqué comme étant fourni, il s’agissait d’un paquet de gâteaux, un peu léger pour 3 jours.

The place was as described. It suited our needs just fine. We typically don’t spend too much time in our rooms anyway. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. The location was located close enough to the train station, grocery stores and restaurants. Descent walk to the more popular part of Trastevere. I did enjoy the fact it is right outside the large street market held on Sunday. Communication was excellent and accommodating. I didn’t love the bathroom being located in through the bedroom, but that is only because three of us stayed there.

Gianmarco est très sympathique et arrangeant. Il donne des infos pratiques et semble disponible. L'appartement est à 3 mn à pied de la gare qui mène à l'aéroport et des trams qui mènent au centre en 25 mn max. Le logement mériterait des aménagement (placards, éponge, torchons...), l'électricité ne semble pas aux normes (prises murales arrachées), la douche fuit beaucoup et la température est complexe à gérer. Mais avec des adultes et des ados, pour le prix et la localisation cela passe. Le quartier est très très sale et tagué mais comme une grande partie de la ville de Rome...

Il est bien équipé.

Nous avons passés un tres bon séjours, logement pas loin de la gare trastevere et tres bien desservi par les transports en commun. Gianmarco nous a bien reçu et nous a donné toutes les explications pour nos déplacements et meme de bon restaurant
