This apartment was perfect for the 5 of us! The 3 bedrooms were very spacious! The two bathrooms with a shower in each was very helpful! The location was great and the elevator was a necessity for my elderly parents. But the best part was the host! After losing our flights on delta due to the Microsoft issue, my parents are getting into Rome much earlier than us, which impacted the car service Paulo had booked for us and when we would check into the apartment. I contacted him and he took care of ensuring my parents got from the airport to the apartment. He was so caring and accommodating, even getting them into the air conditioned apartment a little early.
We would totally come back and definitely recommend this apartment to others of all ages!
Thank you - this apartment will always house special memories for us (2 adults, 1 teenager, and grandma and grandpa)

The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the Colosseum. The rooms are large and comfortable, with all the amenities as described. There's a working elevator. The host was helpful. I would recommend this place!

Paolo was so attentive to our needs, book the transfers from train to apartment and to the airport.
He was always available for questions and provided us with knowledge on restaurants and booking local excursions.
The apartment was great, 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen.
We would definitely recommend this apartment for visitors to Rome and have already given the information to friends who plan on visiting Rome.

Paolo’s place was perfect for our trip to Rome with our Mothers. There was plenty of room for the four of us and each mom had their own room with a king bed, as did my husband and I. We appreciated two bathrooms and a roomy kitchen area to prepare meals and play cards. The elevator was an essential addition for our aging parents.
Step out the door and look right at the colloseum. Location was fantastic!
Paolo was so helpful with arranging transportation from to and from the airport and with assisting us to choose tours.
Thank you so much Paolo for giving us all the perfect spot to make life long memories.

6 family members stayed here after our Mediterrane...
6 family members stayed here after our Mediterranean cruise. All were in agreement that this VRBO was as advertised. Great location and easy walking distance to the sites. Paolo had great recommendations for restaurants too. He met us at the property and thoroughly explained what we needed to know. Would stay again

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rome en famille grâce aux précieux conseils et adresses de Paolo, à sa serviabilité, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.
L'endroit est idéal pour visiter Rome, c'est calme et on y dort bien ... bref l'appartement est parfait.
Je recommande vivement cette location !

This apartment was perfect for the 7 of us, close/walking distance to most places or an easy scooter ride. So close to historic sites but with a feel of local living. Paolo was fabulous in his communication, assistance with transit and recommendations for everything we needed! We were only here for a couple days due to a family wedding, and we had a fabulous time. Only wish we could have stayed longer!
