We had a fabulous 2 night stay here. The apartment is spacious and very clean! Check in was easy, communication was great. It was easy to get to site see and great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Maria’s property. The location was walkable to most of our destinations and there was plenty of space to spread out. Maria made our check in and check out super easy!

The apartment was clean and in good condition. They provided sodas and water which we very much appreciated. We really liked the location and we were able to walk to many of the sites that we wanted to visit. Several good places to eat nearby. To check-in we texted about 30 minutes before arrival and someone met us there. They take pictures of photo id’s and collect taxes upon check-in (standard process for rentals in Italy). We would stay here again.

We loved this apartment! So much room, super safe ...
We loved this apartment! So much room, super safe and quite quiet for being so close to all our tourist destinations- we could walk everywhere. Maria is THE BEST host- she gave us so many great recommendations and the kitchen was stocked with thoughtful basics like water bottles in the fridge and espresso pods.
We could not recommend this place any more highly- AMAZING!

The listing states that there is both a washer and dryer in the property. There is a washing machine which works well, but there is no dryer, only a drying rack. Otherwise the property is lovely, in a perfect location and with excellent views from 2/3 rooms.

Great place for the money! Convenient location walkable to the primary attractions in Rome. Very safe and vibrant area.
The apartment was clean, roomy, and everything we needed.
Check-in was easy. We were able to drop our bags after we arrived from the airport and get in early.

Great location, located between Colosseum and the Vatican. Spacious apartment (but a few rooms are smaller than the photos) Responsive host. Only complaint is that more information wasn't available sooner (got 33 messages the hour before we arrived, making it hard to plan)

Had a wonderful stay with our adult children. Very...
Had a wonderful stay with our adult children. Very close to public transportation and in the heart of Rome. Lots of cafes nearby and easy to walk to main sites. The busy street did not bother us at all and loved hearing the church bells. The place was clean and well stocked. Check-in was easy and Maria was easy to reach—very accessible. We will stay again when we visit Rome in the future.
