Eine kleine, nette, saubere und komfortable Ferienwohnung über den Dächern Rom's :)
TOLL 😀 ;
ist die großeTerrasse,
die wir an den warmen Sonnenabenden ausgiebig genutzt haben.
Restaurants, Pizzerien, Cafés und Supermärkte sind ausreichend vor Ort vorhanden und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu fußläufig gut erreichbar ..
Wir wurden herzlichst von der Mutter empfangen;
Wasser, Fruchtsaft, Kaffee & Kekse standen uns frei zur Verfügung, was sehr liebenswürdig war ...
Unsere Vermieterin Giulia begegnete uns ausgesprochen freundlich und war überaus hilfsbereit ..
Alles im Allem äußerst empfehlenswert:)

A cozy apartment, completed with a kitchenette and a nice terrace. We found it to be comfortable and very clean, with all necessary amenities (stove, washing machine, dishwasher, closet, TV, AC, etc). Very convenient location: just a short walk away from the Metro Line A (Re di Roma – takes you to most popular tourist spots) and several restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets.
If you have a car and plan to take day trips outside of Rome, getting to any highway (autostrada) is very easy and convenient. Furthermore, a garage is just next door (daily rate), so you do not have to worry about finding a parking spot on the street or damage to the car, especially if it is a rental car.
The host Giulia is always available to answer any question and provide any help. For sure we will stay here again if we will be in Rome in the future.

This was a cozy, beautiful condo with an amazing rooftop terrace overlooking the neighborhood. Loved that there was laundry available. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had beautiful tile work. The space in the condo was used very efficiently and no luxury was missing. Several shops and places to eat where just outside the building yet far enough away from the hussle and bussle of tourist attractions. Perfect location! Enjoyed our hosts responsiveness upon our arrival, especially when technology of the app failed us. Highly recommended this place when traveling to Rome.

The accommodation is very well located for visiting Rome. It is easy to get there via metro line A. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. The spacious terrace is a real advantage and it offers a lovely open view. The owner is very responsive. A very good address in Rome.

Can’t say enough about this place. Ease of booking, communication throughout the process. Great location with walking distance to all major sites. Many dining options locally as well. Coffee, tea and snacks provided. Highly recommend!

Lite svårt hitta parkering om man har bil, vi hyrde en parkering i ett garage nära, men var dyrt....
Smidig incheckning med nyckelgömma.
Flera restauranger i närheten. Nära Metro och buss.
Vi trivdes bra.

After staying in many rental units in Italy, I Would highly recommended this one. Communication is excellent, top floor terrace is wonderful, and the treats and drinks are a very much appreciated bonus!!
