English - NederlandsCASA LILLIThanks to the hospitality and warm friendliness of Marmi (owner and one-in-a-million lady) we felt like we have found "our home in Rome". The place is located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Colloseum. From there you can perfectly discover the historical city. There’s a supermarket nearby, which is not always easy to find in Rome, and there’s a restaurant "Le Naumachie" (Via Celimontana 7) with delicious food and reasonably priced.The apartment has all the necessary comforts. For a stay in Rome with a home feeling, this is "the place to be".Michel & LieveDankzij de gastvrijheid en de warme vriendelijkheid van Marmi (eigenares en echt één uit de duizend) hebben wij het gevoel dat wij "ons huis in Rome" gevonden hebben. Het is gelegen in een rustige buurt nabij het Colosseum. Van hieruit kan je perfect deze historische stad ontdekken. Vlakbij heb je een supermarkt, wat niet evident is in Rome, en kan je zeer lekker en voor een redelijke prijs eten in “Le Naumachie” (Via Celimontana 7).Het appartement biedt je al het nodige comfort. Om je verblijf in Rome een echt thuisgevoel te geven is dit "the place to be".Michel & Lieve

appartamento da 4+1 persone,doppio bagno,cucina dotata di ogni comfort e balconcino esterno silenzioso per rilassarsi in tranquillita.
lo consiglio vivamente,sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

Abbiamo soggiornato 1 settimana in due coppie nell'appartamento dotato di ampio soggiorno, 1 cucina abitabile, 1 terrazzino esterno con tavolo e ombrellone, 2 ampie camere con clima, 2 bagni uno deiquali grande. l'altro di sfogo molto utile.
Tv e tutti gli elettrodomestici a disposizione cosi' come indicato nelle caratteristiche. Zona tranquilla ma centrale dietro al Colosseo e dotata di parecchi localini per mangiare la cucina. tradizionale. Lo consigliamo caldamente.

Appartement propre, spacieux et confortable. Très bien situé, à environ 5-10 min. d'un arrêt d'autobus et à environ 15 min. de la station de métro Colosseo. Nous étions deux couples de retraités et sortions chaque jour, la plupart du temps avec des agendas séparés. Nous y avons séjourné 9 nuits, du 4 au 13 novembre 2016. Marmi nous avait remis deux ensembles de clés. Elle pouvait être rejointe facilement par e-mail ou par cellulaire. Les seize marches à monter pour accéder à l'appartement ne nous ont nullement importunés. Nous nous en étions informé à l'avance. L'appartement correspond bien à sa description. La propriétaire nous a fourni de bons conseils sur les transports, les restos et les épiceries. Une de ces dernières, de la chaîne Carrefour, se trouve à 5 minutes de l'appartement et est assez bien garnie. À notre demande, la proprio nous avait réservé un chauffeur qui nous a accueilli à la gare Termini à notre arrivée et un autre qui nous a conduit à l'aéroport le matin de notre départ, ce qui fut bien apprécié. Pour toutes ces raisons, nous recommandons fortement la location de cet appartement.

Marmi nous a chaleureusement accueillis dans son appartement. Ce dernier est très spacieux et décoré avec goût, présentant toutes les commodités et ustensiles pour la vie quotidienne : on se sentait chez nous ! Il est idéalement placé dans un quartier calme, avec de nombreux restaurants et boutiques ouvertes jour et nuit. Les transports en commun (bus, tram et métro) sont à 5 minutes à pied. Nous recommandons cette adresse.

Nous étions 4 et c'etait suffisament grand pour nous. L'appartement est très bien placé. Proche du Colisé de la station de metro Colosseo et des bus. Vous avez plusieurs restaurants et un Carrefour express pour les courses. Et la propriétaire est une personne vraiment bienveillante. Nous y avons passé un superbe séjour.

Loved our stay here. It had all the comforts of h...
Loved our stay here. It had all the comforts of home and provided plenty of room for our family of 4. The neighborhood is great. We loved being so close to shops and restaurants. All this just 3 blocks from the Colosseum.
The best part of this place is that you get Marmi’s help coordinating your trip. She got us signed up for 4 awesome private tours with Rosa at LIV and arranged travel to and from Tibertina. She was a fierce advocate for us when we had any questions or concerns. There is so much to see in Rome that you can get overwhelmed. Thanks to Marmi, we had a great trip and got to see things I never could have found on my own. Our tour of the Vatican was incredible and Rosa’s insights made a huge difference.
All the reviews say Marmi is amazing and we booked here because of that. We are so glad we did because having a great place to stay and an engaged host made our week in Rome magical.

Prima Ferienwohnung, gepflegt und geräumig, in idealer Lage um Rom zu erleben. Schöne Schlafzimmer, moderne Küche, großes Wohnzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine tolle Terrasse. Marmi ist eine herzliche und freundliche Vermieterin, die viele gute Tipps bereit hält und alles tut, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Vielen Dank, sehr gerne wieder!
