Looks better than the photos. Awesome terrace and view. However way too hot for us to enjoy. We were only there one night pre cruise. Perfect location. Three bedrooms total. One of which had no “walls” so keep that in mind. It’s open to entire home. Check in process was great. Communicated with owner prior to check in.
Only downside we could see was… its a trek to the place. Very small but normal for italy elevator wont bring you to the top. Must traverse a very narrow open cement staircase to get to top. It was difficult with large cases. But owner helped with this on the way up. Id stay here again in cooler climate so we could enjoy the view (Rome was over 100 degrees when we were there)
Also. Check out at 9 am was way earlier than we were used to, so had to be out very early. Not ideal for us. But we made it work.

This place is beautiful, roomie abd ao incredible. We only stayed 1 night but it would have been awesome to stay longer. Nikkie who met us was so great and incredibly helpful.

This place was amazing and my family really enjoye...
This place was amazing and my family really enjoyed our first stay in Rome capped off by the breathtaking views and overall great apartment and location. The hosts made for an easy check in and were very helpful the entire trip. AC was definitely a place as it was hot walking the streets but always had a great home base to come back to and relax with the views.

Excellent 3 night stay in the heart of Rome! Property is as advertised with stunning views of the Colosseum and downtown Rome. Great cafes and restaurants all around. Near the tourist areas, but not a far walk off the main streets to some more local places.
Owner and housekeeper were great and very communicative. Overall great experience

We had a wonderful stay. The rooftop terrace is incredible. Sitting out there at night with the coliseum lit up is an unforgettable experience.
The apartment was perfect for our family with comfortable beds and an unbeatable location. The hosts were very kind and responsive. We would love to return and we would highly recommend.

We stayed here one night after arriving in Rome before a wedding in Sorrento.
The view from the rooftop was spectacular of the colloseum & surrounding areas. They were kind enough to let us leave our heavy luggage in the apartment before check in while it was still being cleaned. They had an elevator for heavy bags but there is still some stairs to the upper floor just as an FYI. It was no problem for us. Great water pressure which I learned is not a common theme in Italy.
