Lucia’s place is absolutely perfect. Our family - my husband, our two kids (ages 25 and 23) and I stayed there for 3 glorious nights. The apartment was even better than expected. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was filled with goodies, and the air conditioning was great. It is located in a beautiful and quiet area that is close to all attractions and spectacular restaurants. There is a wonderful cafe a few feet from the apartment where we drank cappuccinos every morning. The famous (and delicious) restaurant Roscioli is just down the street as well. We walked to all the attractions easily. Honestly - we couldn’t ask for a better location or apartment.
Lucia is the absolute BEST. She organized our transfer from the airport and then to the train station when we left. She met us at the apartment and kept our luggage safe even though we were early. She is kind, responsive, and very helpful. We can’t wait to return to Lucia’s place again.

We stayed in Lucia's apartment for 5 nights and it was excellent. Exactly as seen in the photos. Amazing location - could walk to all the main attractions. Local market and loads of restaurants close by. Fantastic! The apartment is extremely clean, very quiet and had all the amenities that we needed. It was great to have a washing machine and the air con was essential. Lucia was a wonderful host - she was always fast to respond to my many enquiries before we arrived and she was so helpful during our stay. We would stay here again - it was fantastic.

Campo de Fiori is the perfect location! Lucia’s home was exactly what we were looking for…a true Italian experience. It’s walking distance (about 1 mile max) from everything in all directions! The neighborhood itself is charming and full of great restaurants and shopping. Our home had everything we needed. My children especially loved the AC! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Lucia is wonderful to work with. She was always responsive and helped us out tremendously as this was our very first trip to Rome. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental!

The property is very clean and in a great location...
The property is very clean and in a great location. It is walkable to Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum which is very nice, as well as many restaurants and other neat areas. The condo is great for a family with older kids as there is a lot of space for everyone. The one loft is up a tight stairwell so not ideal for someone with mobility issues, which wasn’t an issue for us so it worked well for us and our two teenagers. The host is very communicative and helpful!

I lived my dream staying at Lucia’s apartment in Campo de’ Fiori for 90 days! The apartment is perfect, including its wonderful location, superb condition and details making it feel like home. Lucia has thought of everything, she is absolutely THE best host with whom I have ever dealt. From the communication prior to my arrival, timely attention to every detail during my stay and concluding with thoughtful attentiveness to my departure, I have the best and many lifetime memories of an incredible Italian adventure, thanks to this fantastic apartment and Lucia’s attention to detail in maintaining this exceptional property.
Within a short walking distance of the apartment are major Rome not-to-be-missed sites, including the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Largo Argentina, Trastevere, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Trevi Fountain. By adding a few more minutes onto your walk, you can be at The Coliseum, Forum and Spanish Steps. There are delicious restaurants within steps of the apartment, including Roscioli’s and Emma’s. Plus, incredible gelato, literally 10 steps from the front entry!
As I told Lucia, it isn’t “goodbye”, it is “see you later” as I will be a repeat guest and will definitely book this apartment again during my next visit to Rome.

We loved our stay with Lucia!
Lucia is a fantastic host! She is very communicative, very detailed, very clear. She helped arrange cars for pick up and return to take a little uncertainty out of the equation.
The apartment is fantastic. Super clean. Super cute. It's an apartment in Rome! You take stairs to both bedrooms - and a taller (6ft+) person will want to be careful going up the narrow staircase to the second bedroom - but not a problem for our 22 year old!
The location is fantastic - easy to walk to all the major areas of the city. And great food close by. If you are inclined - make sure to make a reservation as soon as possible for both Roscioli Salumeria con Cucina (down the street) and Armando al Pantheon. And Antico Forno Roscioli (pizzas, sandwiches, bread) and Fatamorgana Chiavari (gelato) right outside the door are not to be missed.

The apartment is in an excellent location, very clean and well equipped.
Lucia is an excellent host. She arranged a birthday cake for us and wouldn’t accept payment for it which was very kind. She also organised taxi transfer to and from the airport.
The second bedroom is very small and the stairs very steep, so not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
We had a lovely stay. Thank you.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s in the best area, within walking distance to everything! Great restaurants, bakeries, the Campo de Fioro market and many of the major landmarks.
We weren’t in the apartment much but it was very clean & comfortable had everything you need.
Our host Lucia was wonderful arranging our pick up from the train station and to the airport.
