Barbara is an amazing host who took such great care to ensure our stay was enjoyable and went smoothly. The apartment is located central to so many wonderful cafes, restaurants, and gelato shops. It was great to return to Trastevere after busy days at the monuments to enjoy the evenings strolling beautiful cobblestone alleys lined with bustling bars and restaurants. Thank you Barbara for making our visit to Rome easy and memorable!

Wonderful place, clean, well appointed and the location could not be better. Super hosts, communicative, friendly, and helpful.

Barbara's apartment in Trastevere was perfect for our family of four. It had plenty of space, was well stocked with kitchen equipment, and was in good working condition. Also, the location is wonderful with a fantastic gelato shop just two blocks away!

This was our first trip to Italy, and planning a vacation that met everyone’s needs while visiting a foreign country was somewhat intimidating. However, Barbara was incredibly friendly and arranged both our airport pickup and drop-off at the cruise terminal, which significantly alleviated our stress.
The accommodation was spacious, clean, and perfectly located for sightseeing. Most attractions were within walking distance, with convenient bus and taxi options nearby.
The best restaurants were situated across the street in a charming, upscale neighborhood.
I look forward to returning next summer and staying here again.

We had to most wonderful experience at the Trastevere Apartment. Our host Barbara went over and above (even weeks before our trip) to ensure that we had the best time as first time “Romers”. The location, cleanliness, and overall accommodation was perfect for our family of five. Most of all Barbara’s accessibility, communication, and kindness made our trip seemless and unforgettable.

Barbara’s place was absolutely charming. It had everything we could have needed and she was very responsive! We loved the location and being able to walk to restaurants! It was also very close to all of the other sites in Rome we wanted to see! If I would find myself in Rome again, I would stay there in a heartbeat!

This apartment is close to ATM, bakeries, food and sites of Rome. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are quiet to sleep. Barbara was easy to chat with and met us when we arrived. It was a warm welcoming apartment and we loved opening the window to people watch. Air conditioning was wonderful. Would definitely recommend if staying in Rome. As someone told us Trastevere is the heart of the city. We really enjoyed our time here. 💕

We enjoyed this lovely condo in Trastevere. It was the perfect location to see all that Rome has to offer without being surrounded by large crowds. We walked far and wide, used taxis and it was all very convenient. The condo was perfect for my family with teens, as everyone had enough individual space to hangout when not out and about. Barbara is simply the best Vrbo host I’ve ever met. She is responsive before and during the stay, showed genuine concern and curiosity about our visit and was quite thoughtful. Highly recommend!
