Enjoy the best of the city within minutes either by excellent nearby public transport links for the entire city, Blue flag beaches, airport, Feria's, Bonaire - supposedly Spain's largest mall for quality 'outlet' shopping via frequent bus service. Walk direct to best of the city centre & the main train station within 6 mins. Abastos/Botanico with its delightful tree lined streets. The hugely impressive iconic 'Deco' Abastos Mercado now the city's foremost sports centre offers the best equipped gym, pools, Turkish baths etc and just 1 min walk away. The Mercado is surrounded with terraced cafes/restaurants offering some of the best value & service to be found within the city. Accessed via fast lift service with street level ramps for prams etc. Quietly situated on the 7th floor ovelooking a peaceful quadrangle. Hallway leads off to two double bedrooms. Combi 'mains' fired gas supplies full central heating unlimited hotwater for those wanting to take a soak or a long shower without hotwater 'run-outs' quite the 'norm' if water heated via miserly statutory Spanish *2Kw max' electric heaters - kettle sized element! Access to vast rooftop terrace with partial views over the city and the massively impressive iconic 'Deco' Mercado. Some deck chairs supplied. All main Spanish city motorway connections accessed within 10mins. Juaquin Sorolla & Estacion Norde main train stations within 2-5 mins via cab. Bus station cab 3 mins or via metro 3 mins. Juan Llorens the city's most 'in' late night location within 3 min offering clubs, cocktail bars, uber trendy restaurants. Take your pick.... This is a wonderful apartment. Close to shops, amenities and transport links. No hassle what so ever getting taxis. The apartment itself was very clean and felt like a home away from home. Any concerns David was more than helpful. Thank-you for a wonderful stay.

located in a quiet area, but easy walking distance to supermarket, banks, local tapas bars & metro for central Valencia. We had a lovely time & were made very welcome by the owners who provided useful info before & during our stay. Would definitely recommend...More

This Apartment had easy access to the City Center. You could walk or use the Metro. It was a clean, efficient apartment and the owner, David, was very helpful. I loved the city and hope to return.. Marilyn Aurilio, Albany, NY
