Also provides wheelchair access from street to building.• Shared car park if needed. • WIFI Access is available from 3rd party providers which re searchable and operate on a pay as you go basis. • One double bedroom and one twin bedroom with wardrobes and furniture.• Air-conditioned lounge with sofa, easy chairs, large flat-screen TV. Can view English films on selected channels. • Modern walk-in shower, wash basin with mirror, bidet and toilet.• Duvets, linen and towels provided.• Managed by Phil who lives nearby and can quickly help with advice or problems. His contact number is in the flat. Transport:• Phil can taxi you between the flat and Alicante Airport for 50 Euros each way. Journey takes 45 minutes. When we are required to clean the flat on your day of departure we may ask you leave the flat before 11:00; likewise for arrivals that day we may ask you to wait until 15:00. Phil can arrange to look after your luggage if necessary. Comfortable apartment but some tender loving care needed.
Situated in Central Benidorm. A nice block of apartments that are securely protected. Good position for Old and New Town.

Lovely Apartment, Great Location!!!
First time at this apt!!! We found it spotlessly clean. It includes everything one would need!! ie: washing machine, iron, hairdryer, towels, extra bed linen. A lovely quiet area & just a five minute walk from the Old Town. Totally enjoyed this holiday & will def go back 😊

Very clean but tired
Great location in between both new and old towns.
Flat roomy, airy and clean but in need of some TLC e.g. sofa needs to be replaced as very uncomfortable, and rooms are generally tired.
Bathroom has recently been refurbished.
We did not use the kitchen. However, appliances are very dated.
Although the pool is of a good size, there were no sunbeds available which is disappointing.

Besties in Benidorm
Apartment is just behind Hotel Princesca within easy walking distance to Old Town and Levante Beach. Apartment was clean, spacious and had a great view of the
Med from a large balcony. There were lots of normal household products already there, such as bleach, toilet roll etc. This was a lovely touch and saved on the initial shopping we had to buy for our stay. Communications with Witek were first class and very quick in responding to any queries we had. Great Stay, just too short.

Good apartment with great views in a good area ,
Good location, with bars and restaurants less than 5 minutes away. The Levante beach is about a 10 minute walk, and the harbour area in the old town approximately a 15 minutes stroll. Witek the apartments owner was very easy to contact via phone or email etc, and was pleased to answer any questions . Our flight going out was delayed by 9hrs so I let Witek know and he arranged for a lady called Kiri to meet us with the keys at the apartment when we arrived (5.30 am). Witek and Kiri could not have been more helpful. Thank you Peter

Second visit to this lovely apartment
This apartment is lovely. Situated in a residential block, everyone you meet is really freindly. The location is excellent - a short walk and you are into the thick of it. There is a large supermarket behind the apartment so easy to stock up. The apartment itself is cracking. Well appointed, immaculate and light and airy with great views out to sea. Cannot fault it - which is why we will be returning next year!!

Lovely apartment in a perfect location.
This is a smashing apartment, spacious, and with a fabulous view from a large balcony. Just a sort stroll and you are in Benidorm's old town. Nearby there are some nice bars that serve good food. However, we loved to sit on the balcony and have a meal there. The bedrooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. We would recommend this apartment.

nice break
we arrived on the Tuesday for 10 days and found many places/ attractions closed but some seemed to open towards weekend. As we prefer the new town in the daytime it was tiring having walked it both ways and then the incline to apartment and then back out at night . The beaches are lovely and sea front all flat for all the mobility scooters and walkers.Do not recommend taking children to the new town at night due to drunken stags /hens.The apartment was quite nice for adults but due to height and iron bars which were quite widely spaced would not recommend for small children, We had small grandchildren visit for 4 days so we kept the glass doors closed but it was very hot in late afternoon . Witek the owner was very helpful and we received our breakage deposit 11 days after returning home.

Great apartment, great location. 5 minutes gentle stroll down to Old Town, couple of very reasonably priced bars on the way with typical British fayre. Would happily stay here again.

A holiday that offers something for everyone sums up Benidorm. Clubbing, relaxing in peaceful parks, indulging in delicious cuisine, catching the sun on glorious beaches and having your own sporting adventure is all available when on holiday in Benidorm.
Take pleasure in exploring and visiting the gorgeous golden sandy beaches (blue flag status) stretching from Levante beach, to Poniente and then right down to Malpas beach. Enjoy loads of water sports on offer during the summer including the cable water-ski station and make the most of some of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca.
Authentic Spanish culture can be found in the Old Town which is a picturesque maze of cobbled streets; a quaint blue domed church and white houses as well as many welcoming restaurants or bars which are perfect after having an exhilarating walk around the town. Try out some tasty Spanish food at one of the many tantalizing tapas and scrumptious seafood restaurants in the town. Or take a stroll at Paseo Colón, a tranquil harbour, and enjoy a delicious meal in one of the restaurants on the waterfront.
