We are a family of four adults with two Jack Russell's, and this is the second time we have stayed at the property which will comfortably accommodate six adults, plus two on the sofa bed.
The apartment is on the fifth floor, with access via a lift. Entrance is via a large lobby where a wheelchair/mobility aid could be stored, although there are a few steps to gain access.
The let includes an underground garage a few doors down.
Exactly as described, there are two twin bedrooms and one double, all have doors opening on to the terrace. Air conditioning is provided throughout with remote control, adjustable fans. These were very effective and we were always comfortable in temperatures of 30 degrees plus.
Wonderfully equipped, spacious modern lounge area with comfortable sofas, stereo unit and large screen TV.
From the kitchen, picture windows provide great views of the Mediterranean, and the beach is virtually on the doorstep. A terrace table means you can enjoy shaded outside dining with a gentle breeze.
Well equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer. dishwasher, grill/oven, dishwasher and microwave.
Very generous storage/hanging space for clothing is provided in all the bedroom areas - there are also flat screen TV's for those so inclined to sit/recline and chill. A nice touch was the small library of English novels.
Additional outside utility/laundry area with washing machine, plus covered terrace area to line dry your washing. If you are likely to have large wash loads, take along (or buy in Beni) some extra clothes pegs.
Two bathrooms, both with bidet - one having a double sink. Spotlessly clean but a little dated and the shower areas would benefit from a refurb. There were no bath mats, but we utilized a couple of towels.
Finally, extremely dog friendly. Out of respect, we didn't allow our dogs in the main lounge area, but the kitchen has a double sofa bed and we had brought along their large pink fluffy blanket to cover and they lay in doggy heaven.
Great coffee at Spasso below, and the heart of Old Town Benidorm, is just at the rear with excellent shopping facilities during the day and atmospheric dining in the evening.
We would definitely like to stay here again, and would extend our thanks to Domingo for his prompt and efficient service.
