It has a large swimming pool surrounded by garden and communal parking outside . It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with double sofa bed, a room 'Marriage and a tiny room where we have a double berth and a bathroom with shower The apartment is located in a completely outside 20th floor and from its windows can see the whole Benidorm. Especially recommended for single couples or marriage with one or two children has an excellent location for walking and visiting shops and beaches as it is located a few meters from the town center . We do not offer daily or weekly, we only final cleaning included in the price , but we have support for any trouble that may arise. the environment Easily accessible , the apartment is located in the center of Benidorm, a few meters from the Iguera park , perfect for walking because it has benches , playground and large pedestrian streets. Turn is close to the two most famous beaches, Levante and Poniente , easily accessible walking . Just to the rear we can perform daily shopping at Mercadona The Iguera Park and walk home quietly volvar Located in quiet, no noisy bars, so it is ideal for a night's rest can also enjoy the newly arranged pool. From here we can have small trips to the mountain area, the amusement parks or even visit the nearby cities of Alicante and Valencia Activities and attractions * Mercadona just 100 meters for everyday purchases . * Close the mini amusement park Levante. * Near beaches , Levante, Poniente and the central cove. * 10 minutes from the Old Town of Benidorm. From our apartment you can visit the Paruqe of Iguera , the beaches of Levante and Poniente , moving car, the many theme parks in the city or visit Alicante or Valencia. We recommend trying the paella restaurant Aitona , Ruzafa street just 10 minutes from the house , relax in the newly renovated and surrounded by grass or stroll through the park area and swimming beaches . El alojamiento Apartamento céntrico con piscina y parking y unas espectaculares vistas al mar. Se trata de un pequeño apartamento particular dotado de todos los elementos básicos para una buena estancia recién reformado y amueblado. Dispone de una gran piscina comunitaria rodeada de jardín y parking exterior comunal. Se compone de una cocina americana completa, amplio salón con sofá cama doble, una habitación de matrimonia y una habitación pequeñita en la que disponemos de una litera doble así como un cuarto de baño con ducha El apartamento es totalmente exterior situado en un piso 20 y desde sus cristaleras podemos divisar todo Benidorm. Especialmente recomendado para parejas sólas o matrimonio con uno o dos hijos dispone de una ubicación excelente para pasear y visitar tiendas y playas ya que se encuentra a unos pocos metros del centro de la localidad. Sin embargo ofrece un perfecto descanso nocturno al no estar localizado sobre bares de copas o restaurante. El alojamiento en sí es pequeñito pero cómodo. No ofrecemos limpieza diaria ni semanal, sólo realizamos la limpieza final incluída en el precio, si bien disponemos de asistencia para cualquier apuro que pudiera surgir. El entorno Fácilmente accesible, el apartamento se encuentra en pleno centro de Benidorm, a escaso metros del parque de la Iguera, perfecto para pasear ya que dispone de bancos, parque infantil y amplias calles peatonales. A su vez se encuentra cercano a las dos playas más famosas, Levante y Poniente, fácilmente accesibles paseando. Justo a la trasera podemos realizar las compras diarias en el Mercadona del parque de La Iguera y volvar a casa caminando tranquilamente Se encuentra en zona tranquila, sin bares ruidosos, por lo que es ideal para el descanso nocturno además de poder disfrutar de la piscina recién arreglada. Desde aquí podemos disponer pequeñas excursiones a la zona de montaña, a los parques de atracciones o incluso visitar ciudades cercanas como Alicante o Valencia Actividades y atracciones * Mercadona a escasos 100 Metros para las compras diarias. * Cercano al mini parque de atracciones de Levante. * Playas cercanas, Levante, Poniente y la cala central. * A 10 minutos del Casco Antiguo de Benidorm. Desde nuestro apartamento podemos visitar el Paruqe de la Iguera, las Playas de Levante y Poniente , desplazándonos en coche, los múltiples parques de atracciones de la ciudad o visitar Alicante o Valencia. Recomendamos probar las paellas del restaurante Aitona, en la calle Ruzafa a sólo 10 minutos de la casa, descansar en la piscina recién reformada y rodeada de cesped o pasear por la zona del parque y playas. Nice Ocean views cosy apartment
We had a lovely 😊 stay and Benidorm was very lively, bars restaurant and 3 sets of free live music at Lavante beach bars. Lavante and Poniente beaches are less than 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is on 20th floor and that gives it good beach views. The owners are very accomodating, we had a very early checkin and a very late checkout. Look forward to returning for another visit. Benidorm was very alive over the October long weekend

Cheap, clean and central
Stayed here for 10 days from 17th June. Nice clean apartments in a great location. Two minutes to the beach and all the bars, but quiet at night for a good sleep. Spacious, comfortable apartment with an adequate kitchen, lovely bathroom and a nice little balcony overlooking the pool. Beds were comfortable with linen change twice in the ten days. Towels were changed every two or three days. 24 hour reception so no noise at night. The pool was lovely and was in the sun all day right up to 8pm, lots of sunbeds too. Location is ideal, right in the middle of everything and two minutes walk to the beach. Staff were all friendly and our request for a fan for in the room was sorted immediately and for free as well. To sum up; Cheap, clean, comfortable and friendly. A very enjoyable stay...

Not Bad
Nice apartment with great views. This was a lovely place to stay and well situated for both the old and new town. The apartment would certainly gain 5 stars if the TV was larger with more English Channels, WIFI made available and couches were replaced. I would stay again but would also consider staying somewhere else with more amenities.

Ok, Good apartment
Good apartment. The apartment is small as can be seen, but has everything you need for a good stay. The treatment of owner and lord over the keys is very correct, let us in our early arrival pder leave our bags and said good about the area and the operation of the rental. The apartment is clean and welcoming. It has a great pool, the best we have seen. It is conveniently located near the beaches and the center of Benidorm, a supermarket next door. Its price is very tight and very well with what it offers. It has no frills but good enough to spend a few days. We have booked again for July 2014.
