The Ideal Benidorm Apartment
Ideal location for the Old Town & both promenades, large spacious well appointed apartment immaculately clean.
The host has been so helpful, whatever your adventures here in Benidorm this apartment is ideal.

Fab apartment
This is a lovely 2 bedroom. The balcony overlooks the road that all the parades go down. There are two lovely supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance as is the beach.
The apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly want for a lovely holiday.
Rosa is a wonderful host and supplies everything. She was very patient and accomodating when I accidentally locked myself out.
I shall definitely be back

Perfect holiday
Spotlessly clean good location near the beach. Rosa is a perfect host. She was waiting for us to get there and kept in touch with us to give us directions through WhatsApp. I enjoyed a cold beer from the fridge. When I got there we used parasol for the beach which is at the property, my son uses a wheelchair and the lift was quick and easy to use and right outside the front door. We also logged onto the Netflix kids love TV I went with my four children I’m a definitely recommend

Fantastic apartment
Stayed in this fabulous apartment with my mum and friend. Very spacious and great location. Rosa was lovely and very helpful. Already booked another 2 trips!

Another fabulous stay.
Once again we had a great stay. Rosa provides an effortless stay without worry so much so I have booked agin for next year.
The apartment is centrally located in the Old Town and has everything to hand, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, Local buses are not far away and walking to the beach takes a couple of minutes.
Ideal for us.

Apartment was bigger than we thought Rosa was waiting for us after our delay she is lovely lady told us and showed us everything apartment was very clean and bright central location for everything this was our second visit here differently come back .

Perfect location for shopping,restaurants,bars,3 beaches & entertainment
Never booked independently so we were very dubious,however Rosa Marie answered all our questions & made us feel at ease from the off.She was there to meet us on our arrival & explained how everything worked.The apartment was so clean & spacious & fully equipped with everything.The Kitchen was short of absolutely nothing & also very spacious. The sofa & chair in the living room was really comfortable.TV had British channels & radio stations. The wifi was extremely fast. The bathroom was perfect & also included a hairdryer.
Both bedrooms had plenty of clean fluffy towels & bedding (including dressing gowns & beach towels) The balcony area was more than adequate to eat outside.The air con & radiators were more than adequate.The worst thing about this apartment is we have to wait a whole 10 months before we will be able to use the new kitchen Rosa Marie is having fitted 😂 May I take this opportunity to thank you so very much for letting us use your perfect apartment Rosa Marie & looking forward to seeing you later this year

Simply perfect, a wonderful place to stay
The shuttle dropped myself, my wife, and my granddaughter off outside the Hotel Agua Azul, and we walked the short distance from there to our apartment 5A. Immediately you get off the bus you know that you are in the right place, cafes are full, people are busy going to the many shops, or just taking a leisurely walk to the beautiful Levante beach, the sun is shining, and you are eager to begin your holiday. We arrived at No 16 Sant Roc street, and pressed the 5A button. The front door opened, and we made our way to the lift, and it took us to the fifth floor where we met the delightful Rosa. She brought us into our apartment and briefed us on how to turn the TV on, how to switch the air conditioning on, how to switch the washing machine on etc. However the apartment is stunning, and even better than the photos on Trip Advisor. When Rosa left we went out onto the terrace, and looked down on Placa De La Crue where all the cafes are, and then onwards to the sight of Levante beach nearby, and were so pleased that we had chosen this beautiful apartment, everything we needed was on our doorstep, including the supermarket right next door. We could not have asked for better. We stayed for a month, and Rosa kept in touch to ensure all was fine for us, and it certainly was. All in all we have just had a fabulous holiday in Benidorm, but what made it all so great was our welcoming stay in Rosa's apartment. It was a sad day when we left - but we will be back for more! Thank you so much dear Rosa.
