What a View !!!
This apartment is superb,right on the beach. Plenty of Old Town shops ,bars and restaurants close by. Nathalie was very help full in assisting with our requirements. Our family absolutely loved this place!!

never again
Myself and five other ladies hired this apartment for the British fancy dress. let me start with the positives, the apartment was a good size and the view was fantastic. When we got of the bus we ask for directions but the driver never spoke English, we were stopping and showing lots of Spanish people that spoke English but no one could help. we had told the owner that we should arrive about 1pm however it toke us 3hrs to find it. we called the owner to say what had happened and she said no one could come for an hour. when the man turned up he was rude and blamed us for having to come back. once inside it was really cold with only some small fires to heat the place, the kitchen had new fridge and w,machine but you had to plug in extension lead across the room to use it, the cooker had no racks, the toaster blew all the electrics as did other stuff, there were no duvet only blankets that smelt and felt like they had never been washed, both bathrooms were old and cabinet light did not work, there was grime around all fittings and no shower curtain in 1 bathroom, you could not lock the doors because you could not get out so if you was on your own you would be stuck and no one would here you shout. there were wires hanging out the walls, and as i said before the place was very cold. and last there is a bar below and at the weekend goes on until around 6am and its very loud. Benidorm was great and we have already booked for next year, but as you might have guest not at the luxcentre

Power cut
5 of us ladies hired this apartment for the British festival, firstly the positive, the apartment was a good size and the view was fantastic. When we arrived off the bus we had no idea where to go. We spoke to lots of English speaking Spanish people but know one could tell us where this place was from the address we showed them, we had told the owner we would arrive at 1pm however we eventually got there after walking around for 3hours.we contacted the owner and was told it would be an hour before anyone could come to give us the key. When he finally turned up he was very rude and blamed us for having to come back. We all went in and it was very cold there was no heating except for some small fires, there were no duvets only blankets that felt and smelt like they had never been washed, the sheets were not white. The bathrooms were like something out of the 70s all the bathroom fittings had grim which I know carry bacteria, the kitchen had a brand new fridge and washing machine, but to use to machine you had to plug an extension lead in that went across the whole floor, the cooker had no racks, and the toaster blew all the electrics, as did other stuff. The tv only has 1 channel. All in all we had a fantastic time and we have already booked again for next year, but needless to say we won't be in the luxcentre.

Fantastic Location
Booked this apartment well in advance for a group of 4 mates on the strength of the view from the balcony. It really is as good as the pictures on the tripadvisor advert. Stunning views across the whole of Levante beach, the promenade and beyond. Great location gets even better when you see it's right in the old town on a fairly quiet street although it did get very busy and a little noisy from the bars at street level on Fri / Sat night. We'd been out all day / night so I slept like a baby anyway. But something to be aware of if this would spoil it for you. Apart from the stunning balcony, there is a very large living room with sofas, TV etc (we didn't turn the telly on so can't tell you what channels there were but there was a digi box) a really well equipped kitchen (full hob / cooker / microwave / fridge freezer, washing machine, cutlery, pots, pans, plates etc) and two full bathrooms. The bedrooms are a double, a twin and a single. So you think how can you get such a fab place for such a reasonable price? Well, it does need updating. It is clean (spotlessly) but there is a slight 70s feel. I loved it as it felt authentically 70s - you can see the tiling in the bathrooms - it's even more psychadelic after 10 pints. Booking was easy. We got a private transfer from the airport and Nathalie, the agent, let us book in early - this might not always be possible so check. Great view. Great location. Great apartment

Downtime holiday
Well what can i say other than fantastic excellent location absolutely excellent views nothing too much trouble for Natalie if anything needed sorting lvly young lady the cleaner again nothing too much trouble for her , i have to say if anyone gave this apartment a minus i/ we would be flabbergasted will definitely use and visit this apartment again and again. Many Thanks again Natalie.
