This a little gem of a studio apartment all you need is on your doorstep bars restaurants supermarket beach 3 min walk and the owner Rosa is just a fantastic lady I will definitely book again

This studio apartment is a little gem every thing you need is there , bars restaurants on your doorstep also the most important person is Rosa she is just a lovely lady roll on my next holiday

PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT!!!
What can we say that others haven't already said!!! I would give Rosa’s place 10 stars on TripAdvisor if I could.
Rosa made us feel welcome from the moment we enquired about her property until the day we left.
A faultless little studio apartment in the heart of the Old Town.
We stay at this immaculate place for 20 days in July and had the most fabulous time. It was PERFECT!!!
The tiny apartment has everything you need. Rosa has thought of everything. It was like being home from home with all the items she has packed into this little gem!
Well worth a visit.
Thank you again for the lovely stay, I hope to be back again soon.

Astounding
Absolutely perfect apartment, could not be better.
So private and quiet, but also in the middle of the Old Town, close to shops/bars/restaurants.
5 mins walk to Poniente and Levante beaches.
Very well-equipped apartment: everything you need is already here.
The terrace is amazing, and is so well-appointed and large for just two guests.
Host Rosa Maria is so welcoming and helpful.
Thanks for a lovely stay - hope to rebook in the future!!

Wonderful
Stayed last November for 2 weeks, and had such a fabulous holiday after 2 years of no travel. Rosa is just lovely, and her wee flat immaculate, with everything you could need. Quiet, but just next to the main shopping street, and minutes away from 3 beaches. Great terrace which gets the sun all day, and the fiesta parades passed right by. Have booked again for September, and that won't be the last!

Fabulous
What can we say that others haven't already mentioned.
Everything was wonderful from the initial contact to the welcome into the apartment even though it was late Saturday night.
Tea, coffee, milk, soft drinks, beers all cleaning stuff and things we didn't expect like lovely soft, fluffy bath robes. Laminated instruction leaflets for cooker, TV, wi-fi etc.
Contact during our stay to check everything ok.
The apartment is spotless and a credit to Rosa, she sets the bar for others to reach.
Thanks again for a lovely holiday.

Fab stay at lovely apartment
This is the first time we have stayed in this lovely apartment and cant wait to go back. Everything you need in this great apartment. Great balcony very private. Rosa maria was a lovely lady left a welcome pack for us which was very much appreciated. Brilliant location in the old town. Good value for money. Just hope we can get back there Asap.

GORGEOUS APARTMENT
Excellent apartment just off the shopping area in the old town lots of shops, Huge supermarket around the corner plus lots of mini markets one next door, Restaurants and bars, Walking distance to both beaches, If I could leave a hundred 🌟 stars for Rosa I would she looked after us fo 2 weeks,The apartment has everything you need, Very clean everything was lovely huge balcony, Rosa left essentials in fridge, Definitely wouldn't hesitate to go back and stay at Rosa's apartment ❤💯

Our third visit to Rosa’s apartment everything you need for a great stay
A great welcome and refreshments in the fridge the large balcony was perfect for private sun bathing and a glass of wine watching the sun go down
Very quiet and peaceful and only minutes from the hub
Definitely comes recommend
