My family ,( wife, and 3 daughters aged 13-9) stay...
My family ,( wife, and 3 daughters aged 13-9) stayed for 2 nights. The apartment was in a great location ( easy walk to Retiro Park, quick car ride to Bernabeu , Plaza Mayor) was incredibly clean, comfortable and inviting. One quick note is the 2nd bedroom is a twin bed with a twin pull out, but the living area pull out couch made for a very comfortable bed for our youngest daughter. Mateo was very responsive to all questions. I would highly recommend his apartment for your stay in Madrid!

This is a great neighborhood spot. Close to transit and many of Madrid's attractions.
The check in process was a bit confusing, but we arrived in the middle of the night, so that contributed. Communication with host was great! We loved it!

A pesar de que todo fue bien, el propietario nos ha cobrado 350€ adicionales (mas de la mitad del precio abonado por todo el fin de semana) por unos desperfectos que dice que son nuestros, que no es cierto y que en ningun caso costaría repararlos ese importe, luego, nos ha estafado cobrando dicho importe de mi cuenta sin autorización y con expresa oposición por mi parte. Y esta plataforma ha sido informada de ello y no me han dado ninguna solución por lo que me vere obligada a denunciarlo ante al juzgado de guardia.
