Our extended family, my wife and I (70), daughter and husband (40’s) and grand sons (20), stayed 5 nights. What an excellent central Madrid location! While walking out the door at night into the big city spin was a bit of a shock, we could easily reach all of central Madrid in easy walking distance. Gran Via Metro was steps from our door and a wide choice of restaurants. Apartment was spacious with ample room for us. The 3/3 ba/bath worked well for the family. We especially liked the large veranda, building doorman, washer and AC.

My family of 6 had a great time and enjoyed the place a lot.

It was my family's first trip to Madrid. This apartment was perfect for this visit. The apartment is walking distance from everything we wanted to do (Prado, Palace, shopping). The apartment itself is spacious and very comfortable. It is a great place to stay when visiting Madrid!

This was an excellent apartment for our group of 5 adults The apartment was very comfortable and clean . We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the patio on sunny mornings and late nights. Although, we didn’t cook during our stay the kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The coffee maker and supplies were much appreciated. The location was perfect for nearby city walks and attractions. Located on the lively and bustling Calle Gran Via with great restaurants nearby. Inside the apartment the sounds of the city seemed silent. The host provided written instructions for all appliances and answered all questions we had promptly. If you are a large group you will appreciate the 3 bathrooms each with their own shower. I would definitely stay here again!

The location is central to everything we wanted to see! Fabulous porch/balcony views! Easy entry to apartment and felt very safe. Carlos was very easy to communicate with! Just an overall positive experience- would highly recommend from four 65+ age group friends!

We had an amazing time visiting Madrid. The apartment is walking distance to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and spacious and our family of six could spread out after long days of exploring. Jose was very easy to work with and good communication. He even helped us get to and from airport.

A beautiful apartment bang on Gran Via, great communication with the host, beds very comfortable, well equipped, perhaps storage for cushions on the terrace would be good for rainy days. For us less able bodied the steps to the terrace were a bit high (a grip, perhaps?)and the sofas too low, but otherwise, all excellent! We'd love to return! Thank you, Carlos!

We love to stay at the apartment which was tidy and location spot on. we loved the outdoor big terras and the communication was superb.
Only feedback from our side was that there were not enough water glases and the wine glases was in different sizes and shapes - for six persons we would have like to have same wine glases and cava glases and also more water glaces while some also used their only one for their teeth washing. Also a wine cooler would have been nice when the weather was so warm and nice 27 C.

The apartment is really well located right in the ...
The apartment is really well located right in the heart of the city, but quiet as it is on the sixth floor. It is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and spacious. The highlight is the wonderful balcony which has fabulous views.
The host was very helpful and responsive. We have stayed in many apartments and this has been our favourite so far.
