Our magnificent building Lumbreras St. 38, which type of courtyard house popular style of the twentieth century, with its majestic facade dating from its origins in 1906, makes your accommodation converges in a historical space that became part of the garden of the Convent and compass of San Clemente and Santa Clara, one of the most important of Seville. The building have been renovated in 2009, by the owners, a family of architects and interior designers who have managed to converge original materials are a combination of marble, wood beams, metals, with other avant-garde such as Venetian plaster, monolayers, and a modern design and according to the XXI century.

It's located on a busy side street, just off a lovely square with lots of great places to eat. About a 25 minute walk to the main tourist areas. Apartment is clean, nice shower, living room space is small but nice. Outside space is shared...More
