1 bedrooms (2 single beds) 1 bathroom (with bath) open plan kitchen (look out at the sea whilst cooking or washing up), 2 terraces (for sunbathing and al fresco dining), large living room with sofa (for relaxing whilst looking out at the sea) and all this with breath taking views towards the Mediterranean, Africa, Gibraltar and Tangier from living area AND bedroom.
There are 2 air con units, the apartment is been recently refurbished with a modern touch.
The whiteness of it all enlightens the beautiful Mediterranean light.

Skol Building is an archifamous holiday spot in Marbella right in the town centre on the front line of the beach.

Skol Apartments are centrally located on Marbella beachfront with all services and amenities at the doorstep: bars, restaurant, shops, offices, harbour, park, ... the Old Town is only a 10 minutes stroll away, Puerto Banus is 6km and you can reach it walking, by bus or by boat.
The neighbourhood is very cosmopolitan and friendly.

We offer private transfer from airport from 70€ each way, alternatively, there is the airport bus to marbella bus station at 7€ each way per person and then a taxi from bus station to Skol Apartments for 8-10€ each way for up to 4 people.
The nearest bus stop is 300 metres away on the main road, if you come by car we have parking available for 10€ per night.
