The villa is in a secluded location and offers excellent privacy by way of mature hedges around the grounds. The villa is conveniently located in the much sought after, peaceful 'Guadalmina Alta' urbanisation of Marbella. A quaint shopping centre is located just 300m away offering a selection of shops, including a chemist, bakeries and various restaurants and bars. The beach is within a 1km walk.

We will be availbale to help and advise you if necessary if not we will leave you to your relax and enjoy your holiday. We (a family of 4) live in the main house. The children are at school from Monday to Friday and mum and dad work. On weekends the children are involved in their sport activities and so you problably won't see very much of us. In the apartment we have put together a welcome pack with all our favourite eateries and places to explore within an hours drive from the house.

About the neighbourhood
The apartment is located in Marbella, one of the picturesque, emblematic white washed villages of the Andulsian coast line.

Casares, Gaucin, Mijas are all more examples of such typical Andalucian style white villages, offering great 'Ventas' eateries with local tapas cuisine.

The historic city of Ronda, frequented by Ernest Hemmingway and Orson Wells for many summers is a 45 minute drive from the house. It is perched on the Tajo canyon with 3 important bridges, 120metres tall linking the city together. The breathtaking views of the valley are highlightened by the vineyards at the bottom of the valley. Apart from walking around the old city you can also enjoy a number of wine tasting tours to the many wineries in the region.
Getting around
If you decide not to hire a car, bus/coach is probably the easiest way to get from the airport to Marbella and then grab a taxi to the house. The bus costs around €7 one way.

Taxi from the airport costs around €80 one way.

There are also shuttle buses that drop off in Guadalmina for €20 per person.

Airport: Malaga: 64.0 km
The house is a 35 minute drive from Malaga airport and a 40 minute drive from Gibraltar airport.
Car hire on the coast is reasonably priced and therefore we recommend you hire a car at the airport for your stay. Although the beach, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance from the house.
There are buses to and from Marbella, Estepona and San Pedro as well as Malaga and further afield.
There is plenty of parking outside the villa.
