About the neighbourhood

Venalmar is an exceptional first line beach secured urbanization, located between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona, at just 15km from Marbella. The urbanization lies at the border of a natural protected pine forest so you'll feel the fresh breeze mixed with the fresh pine trees scent. A large pool with a shallow end for kids lies in the middle of the urbanization and next to the pool you have a sauna room. The urbanization has video surveillance and also a private playground for children.

The beach Playa El Saladillo, is right in front of the penthouse. The beach is wide and clean, composed by a mixture of sand and pebbles. Even during the busy summer season, this beach is not very crowded.
