House Rental
Our family-run Thuringia residence was built in 2016. It is located in a central and quiet location of the climatic health resort Friedrichroda. From here it is only a few steps to the city center with shops, shops and restaurants with Thuringian and international cuisine. The house is surrounded by a large, green and well-kept garden plot. You have a separate access. It is of high quality, tastefully and modernly furnished. On about 50 square meters you will find a living room, kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and an all-purpose room for storing your luggage. The house is designed for 2-4 people and is available for rent all year round. It is heated by central heating and illuminated with the latest LED technology. gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Gerne möchten wir die Thüringen-Residenz weiter empfehle. Sie bietet eine ausgezeichnete Ferienwohnung (Bungalow) mit toller Ausgangslage rund um Gotha, Schmalkhalden, Eisenach. Wir verbrachten 7 Nächte hier und fühlten uns in der weiträumigen Garten und Wohnanlage sehr wohl. Da der Bungalow im weiträumigen Garten eines Wohnhauses steht ist es hier absolut ruhig, trotzdem man zentral sich mitten in Friedrichsroda befindet. Gartennutzung war inklusiv und die Oktobersonne konnte von allen Seiten aus genossen werden. Abends, wenn es frischer wird, war die Wohnung mittels Zentralheizung sehr schnell in nur wenigen Minuten aufgewärmt. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen individuellen Aufenthalt benötigt: die hochwertige Ausstattung des Bungalows bietet alles, was man für einen Thüringenaufenthalt erwarten kann. Von hier aus ist alles mit kurzen Wegen zu erreichen wie beispielsweise Gotha (mit der Waldbahn in 40 Minuten), der Inselberg, die Stadt Schmalkhalden, die Bergwerke Hühn, Finstertal und Merkers sowie auch die Marienglashöhle. Es gibt rund um Friedrichsrode kleine Orte mit trollen Gaststätten die sehr leckeres Essen mit großen Portionen anbieten. Wir fühlten uns in dieser Woche sehr wohl – danke an die Familie K..
