Nossa estadia no apt do Olrik foi ótima. Nos recebeu com muita simpatia, mostrou todo o apt e a sua funcionalidade. Nossa recepção tinha chocolates, frutas, água, espumante, flores, um carinho muito especial. O apt é totalmente funcional, tem todos os utensílios de cozinha e melhor ainda havia ítens de primeira necessidade como sal, açúcar, azeite, temperos, etc. Também nos foram disponibilizados produtos de limpeza, papel toalha, papel higiênico. Facilidade de locomoção com pontos de ônibus bem próximos. Enfim, nossa estada foi perfeita. CoceElvio, Branca e Bruno.

Alles so vorgefund...
Zum Mietobjekt und Vermieter….
Alles so vorgefunden wie in der Beschreibung beschrienen. Praktisch mit modernem Einfluß und einem relativ großem Platzangebot. An einem Aachener Regentag kann der Aufenthalt, ohne Abstriche, hier auch erholsam sein.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist produktiv gut.
Er begrüßt erfolgreich seine Gäste mit frischem Obst
und Blumen. Zudem gibt er gute Tips, das nächtliche Parkproblem zu bewältigen.
Rundum… Einfach eine Reise wert….auch für die Domstadt Aachen…

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet, aufgrund der sehr kurzfristigen Buchung unsererseits gab es daran nichts auszusetzen. Die Wohnung war schön, es mangelte an nichts. Einziger Wermutstropfen war der Parkplatz auf dem Gelände (laut Anzeige im Internet), den es so nicht gab. Lediglich an der Straße gab es Stellplätze, die jedoch hoffnungslos überfüllt waren, so dass wir jeweils einen ziemlich langen Fußweg hatten.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war prima. Die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und der Empfang in der Wohnung mit Obst und Keksen war sehr herzlich :) Die Betten waren sehr bequem (da wird nicht übertrieben), die Wohnung stilvoll eingerichtet und bis auf kleinere Ausnahmen sehr sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine Ferienwohnung deren Buchung und den Infos im Vorfeld so ausführlich und umfassend war, dass wir mit 5 Personen problemlos einziehen konnten.
Eine so komplett eingerichtete und mit allem was für den Aufenthalt in Küche, Bad und den Zimmern notwendig ist, war im Überfluss, einschließlich Obstkorb und frischen Blumen, vorhanden.
Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Mit dieser wunderschönen Wohnung hatten wir die Gelegenheit, mit unserem Sohn gemeinsam Weihnachten zu verbringen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Obst, Schokolade und Kekse und überall frische Blumen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Div Öle, Gewürze, Tee und Kaffee. Spülmaschine und ausreichend Töpfe und Pfannen.
Die Wohnung ist eine Altbauwohnung. Schöner Holzfussboden, geschmackvolle Bilder und interessante Bücher runden das Ambiente ab.
Die Zimmer reihen sich aneinander. Ein Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße raus. Dann folgen Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer als Durchgangszimmer und das zweite Schlafzimmer zum Hof.
Die Küche hat keine Gardine, aber man fühlte sich nicht beobachtet von den Nachbarn.
Und die Wohnung ist ein wenig hellhörig.
Alles in allem ein toller Ort, um seinen Urlaub in Aachen zu verbringen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich, großzügig geschnitten und perfekt mit allem ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert.
