C'est mon 3° séjour ce qui me permet de dire que c'est vraiment une très bonne adresse ! Non seulement la situation est top - face à la gare, près des trams - mais en plus les studios sont vraiment bien conçus pour offrir un bon confort au voyageur de passage, du plus petit au plus grand ( " Presqu'île " étant celui qui m'a le plus séduite - espace, décoration, tranquillité...). A tous ces avantages, il faut ajouter la réactivité de notre hôte, bien disposé à faciliter notre installation et aussi bien accommodant - dans la mesure du possible - je recommande donc vivement.

L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé et bien entretenu. Le lit est très confortable. Nous reviendrons ici lors de notre prochain passage à Lyon

Appartement très propre et bien agencé. Il est par ailleurs proche de la gare part Dieu et de toutes les commodités.
La communication avec le propriétaire a été excellente. Je recommande sans hésitation !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Lyon et le studio est vraiment très bien équipé et très propre, la literie est très bien, pour les personnes qui ont des problèmes de dos, c'est très bien, on se sent comme dans un cocon, tout est vraiment bien sécurisé et Claude est très attentionné, si nous devons revenir un jour sur Lyon, je pense qu'on fera appel à Claude. Le logement est très bien situé et central, Gare de Lyon Part Dieu, les taxis, les transports en commun. Et Lyon et ses environs, pleins de belles choses à voir et la gastronomie, notamment les Halles de Bocuse, très bien. Jolie région

Really well-equipped studio, everything you need for a night or a few days. Very clear check-in instructions and very easy to find, one minute walk from the station. Would recommend.
