Enjoy the sea and the sun of Marseille with this newly renovated townhouse, ideally located a five-minute walk from the beach of the Catalans and the Vallon des Auffes and ten minutes from Malmousque and its beautiful coves.
Beautiful asset of the house: the vegetated terrace where you can catch sight of the sea.
This charming house is located in a quiet pedestrian street. It is the ideal place for a family with children. The house is entered via a pretty terrace. The first floor comprises a living room opening onto the terrace, an open-plan kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also a toilet and laundry room on the first floor.
In the sub-plex is a cool bedroom (partly carved in the stone) with a double bed and a desk.
