Set on the 5th floor (with lift) within a well-kept residence, it's just 50 metres from the shops and 100 metres from the sea. From here you can enjoy the many cafes and restaurants of the Old Town or just sit and watch the ships passing by from your balcony.

Entirely renovated in 2014, it's approximately 90 sq metres in size, bright & sunny and comprises a hallway, spacious living/dining room, independent kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an independent WC, large south-facing balcony and secure private parking.

The apartment was in a perfect location, a very short walking distance (2 mins) to restaurants and bars in the port area. The port location I think was better than staying in the 'Old town', it wasn't as busy, it had a calmer, quieter feel...More

You also have a great selection of restaurants to choose from all around the port area and in the nearby & old town of Nice. There is a great choice of shopping in the department stores, the designer shops and gift shops of Nice.
Local markets are held in Nice and Villefranche. The most well known is held in the Cours Saleya in Nice, adjacent to the old town, and offers an array of olives, flowers and fresh produce. There is also an antiques market held here on a Monday.
