The living room has two comfortable sofas and a dining table, plus TV with DVD/ and radio with ipod docking station. Wifi available. There is a separate well equipped, fitted kitchen with full size cooker and hob, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier and plenty of cutlery, crockery and pans. Both bedrooms have two single beds and linen/towels can be hired at an additional cost.

Very good location, great apartment, conveniently placed. Good for the family with the kids. We enjoyed it and would recommend to any interested in going to the area

About the neighbourhood
Apart from the sun and sea, there is always something to see in the area. Several small villages nestle in the mountains and a path running along the coast towards Monaco and is a super way to see the coastline.

In February the famous “Fête du Citron” takes place with a parade of floats decorated with citrus fruits watched by thousands of visitors who come to celebrate the Lemon.

Monaco/Monte Carlo is just a short bus ride away with the famous Casino and port, and towering above, the charming old town with Grimaldi’s Palace and the Cathedral where Princess Grace is buried.

The train is a good way to go to Ventimiglia, the first town across the boarder in Itay, famous for its vibrant market.
Getting around
A car is a very convenient way to appreciate the area however it is not a necessity as local food shops are a short walk and buses/trains take you further afield.

Railway: Carnoles: 2.0 km
By air, Nice Airport is the nearest airport. Easyjet fly there as well as BA and BMI. All major car rental firms are located at the airport. By car the drive is approx 30min (subject to traffic). There is also an express bus service which runs hourly and stops outside the block of flats.

By car the flat is approx 10 miles from the A8 motorway, junction 57.

By rail TGV to Nice and then local train.
