Excellent location nearby the sea, good little house, some trouble with garbage recycling in the residence but it's not important.More

The bright living room opens onto the terrace, and has a dining table for 4, a settee and TV.

The open kitchen is nicely equipped, with dinnerware for 4 persons, a 2-burner electric stove, microwave/grill oven, refrigerator, electric coffee maker and even a small dishwasher.

The bathroom, just remodelled this tyear (nov 2011) has a washbasin, shower and toilet and hair-dryer.

The apartment has electric heaters and a ceiling fan to cool down in summer, as well as a washing machine, ironing and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.

Linen provided: bed sheets, bath and beach towels, as well as a small cooler to take to the beach or on a day trip, a beach umbrella and mats.

A cot can be provided upon request (no additional charge). The staiway has baby-safety fences at the top and bottom...

The area around Hyères has miraculously preserved large unspoiled natural areas. A nature reserve (previously salt marshes) and sandy beaches surround the charming fishing harbour of les Salins.

Boat shuttles leaving from nearby la Londe make the beautiful Iles d’Or or Golden Islands across the sea easily accessible on foot or with your bicycle. Porqueroles, with no car traffic, is perfect for cycling and swimming, while Port-Cros, a pristine National Marine Sanctuary, has wonderful snorkelling and diving spots, and nature walks.

The Toulon-Hyères airport, only 5km away, is served by low-cost airlines Ryan Air, with flights to and from the UK (London Stansted year-round, Birmingham and Bristol in season) and Stockholm, Sweden. Domestic flights to Paris-Orly, Strasbourg, and Brest in Brittany. Car rental is available at the airport. There is NO noise from the air traffic.

Or come by train: the high-speed TGV serves the station of Toulon, only 5h from Paris.

The Nice-Côte d'Azur airport (1h45 drive) and Marseilles-Marignane airport (1h drive) are both served by major airlines.

The Toulon ferry terminal serves the island of Corsica.
