Exquisitely furnished with air conditioning and heating throughout to give optimum comfort while still conserving its historical legacy, this is a villa of real quality. Ideal for family events or celebrations with friends, the charm of both the house with its Florentine courtyard and the neighbourhood will appeal to art and architecture lovers and those looking for authenticity on the Riviera. Special prices for smaller parties-talk to us today Outside Space Villa Estelle is set around a central courtyard which is furnished with tables and sun loungers and planted with orange trees, palms and bougainvillea; a wonderful place for an alfresco lunch. There is another more secluded terrace accessed from one of the bedrooms, and a third one on a lower level offers another more private area for those who are looking for more tranquillity. For your comfort and safety please be advised that the villa is fitted with security cameras at the entrances and in the external courtyard. Neighbourhood Also known as the Montmartre of the Côte d'Azur, this gorgeous hilltop village has long been a haunt for artists of all types. From Renoir to Modigliani and from Brigitte Bardot to Greta Garbo its cobbled streets with their explosions of floral colour, intriguing archways and magnificent views have rung with the footsteps of those captivated by the spell of this beautifully preserved gem of Provence. The village encircles the medieval castle of Grimaldi, now a fascinating museum and gallery, and its streets, terraces and restaurants offer panoramas reaching far up into the Alps and out over the sparkling Mediterranean. Haut de Cagnes is the oldest neighbourhood of the present day seaside town of Cagnes-sur-mer which is easily accessible on foot or by shuttle bus and has good connections in the direction of both Nice and Cannes by train or bus. Bedrooms There are eight king size en-suite bedrooms (5 of which can be made into twins), and two can sleep additional children if needed. All have air conditioning. One has a private terrace, two feature sea views and all are equipped with TVs, wifi, cupboard space, a safe and mini fridge. The rooms all have their own style and blend period features with decorations and furnishings of a very high quality. IMPORTANT NOTE: This property can sleep a maximum of 16 adults and 3 children in extra beds. An additional linen charge of £30 will apply for each extra child bed used, please select this option when booking. For larger groups there is an apartment nearby that can accommodate 2-4 people, there is an additional charge of £500 per week. We reserve the right to decline additional guests. Any unauthorised guests arriving without prior notice will be subject to a surcharge deductable from the security deposit. Bathrooms Each room has a private and spacious bathroom with a bath, double sink and toilet. One features a magnificent marble tub and several also have showers built in. All are elegantly designed and spacious, with heated towel rails and hair-dryers. Living Area Situated on the ground floor of the villa is a glorious living space with a central fireplace and enormous horseshoe sofa. Its subtle mix of contemporary art and older paintings, rich velvet draperies and fine linen curtains complemented by warm ochre hues create a wonderful relaxing environment. There is a music system available that can be played in the entire Villa from the computer of the office room and also a DVD. Kitchen Catering will also be a pleasure in the well-equipped kitchen which has a large gas hob, electric oven, microwave, the luxury of two dishwashers, and of course tea and coffee making facilities. In addition there is a laundry room on a lower floor with two washing machines, dryers and ironing equipment. Dining Area The dining area, which has a long dining table to seat up to twenty, has exposed beams and stone flooring to put you in mind of a medieval banquet and enrich your celebrations with a touch of historic grandeur.
