This 85m² stone house, which has 3 bedrooms, can accommodate 6 people. It is located at the bottom of a pleasant garden enclosed by 2m walls, with a large south-facing terrace, in the town, at 400 m from the XEAU swimming pool and wellness center in Cognac, cinemas, food shops and one hour from the Atlantic beaches. The banks of the Charente are less than 2km from the house. A magnificent 18-course golf course holes in the vines is in Saint Brice 5 km from the house.
Free parking is available on nearby streets and in the enclosed courtyard for medium-sized cars.
