Cons:
1. Inconvenient layout. Two bedrooms and one bathroom on one floor. Very, very steep and narrow steps to second floor with small futon space and small bathroom (commode, shower, sink.) The small space opens on each side to a rooftop patio. One nice sized patio and one small patio. (Door to large patio jad sliding glass door that not lock.)
Might work great for right tenants but not good for two senior couples. The steps were impossible for one of party.
2. Elevator. The floors were labeled zero , one, two, three, four, and five. Elevator went to five and then you have to get out and climb another 20+ steps. Plus it is a very very small elevator. No more than 2 adults and a small suitcase at one time
3. Meaker supplies. We started with 3 mostly used up toilet paper rolls and no paper towels. Had a large box of salt and a tad of left over vinegar in pantry. Not a drop of coffee sugar, tea. There were two very tiny bars of guest soa
4. Fyi water in shower drains very very slowly.
5. For the price i expected it to have toilet paper. I expected a plug in the kitchen sink so i could wash dishes, i expected not to stand in dirty water in the shower, being able to see the Eiffel Tower in the distance is not enough to make up for poorly maintained, not very clear description of place. It has great possibility but needs attention.

Covid cancellation
We booked this apartment and paid in full then Covid hit and Government ruled no travel therefore did not stay at property. The owner has paid no refund

Not a happy guest
I will start off by saying that I genuinely thought the apartment was beautiful and the rooftop views of the Eiffel tower were splendid. Although I am not one to complain, I was upset with my experience of this property.
The day I arrived, the manager of the rental was no where to be found. The instructions I received from Pascal was to enter several codes including a lockbox for the key to enter the premises, but to my surprise there was no key. I spent over an hour panicking and calling Pascal and the manager with no luck. Finally after spending an hour attempting to reach someone by phone and text message, I was informed by Pascal that the manager was on his way to let us into the apartment. I spent TWO hours waiting with my family of 9 and all of our luggage on the sidewalk of a busy street frantically waiting for someone to arrive.
We then proceeded into the apartment only to find out that the cleaning crew hadn't cleaned the apartment prior to our arrival. There were bags of garbage inside as well as dirty dishes in the sink, garbage on the dining room table, and no clean sheets or towels for my family to use. The manager then frantically cleaned the apartment for over an hour while we unpacked our things.
Sadly, I would not recommend this property and I am extremely disappointed in the service I received.

Bonjour Nicole,
Je suis navré de cette experience, les equipes de ménages n'avaient pas noté votre arrivée en effet. Cependant, ils sont intervenus immediatement à notre demande pour reparer cette erreur. Et vous avez eu l'appartement mis en etat avec 2 heures de retard, nous en sommes navrés.
Concernant les instructions d'accés, elles sont tres claires, il y a une boite a clés dans le hall, et un code pour entrer dans le hall, il n'y avait pas de probleme pour entrer dans les lieux. VOus n'avez pas trouvé ce la peut arriver. Mais ne dites pas que nous n'etions pas present. De plus, le check in s'effectue a 14h, vous etes arrivée en fin de matinée, donc tres en avance sur l'horaire prevu. Nous sommes navrés que des guests soient decus. Nous mettons tout en oeuvre pour satisfaire nos voyageurs et les commentaires en general sur les differentes plateformes sont tres positifs.
J'espere cependant que vous avez passez du bon temps a Paris.

Great location
The apartment is in the most fantastic location, it is walking distance to so many of Paris's attractions as well as the underground and supermarkets. It has 2 good bedrooms.

Great apartment, great location.
The location was perfect - near subway and restaurants. Great neighborhood. Owner was very responsive to our needs - even from Japan! Loved the roof top deck - lovely looking at the Eiffel Tower lit up at night. Would recommend this rental to all our friends!

Perfect place for a big family vacation!
This place was excelent! we are a big family and the space was perfect for us, the apartment is located just near Louvre Museum and the Royal Garden also with metro lines just one block away. The terrace is very beautiful with a view of the eiffel tower and sacre-couer, we spent a good afternoon despite the cold of winter, definately we will return on our next vacation in Paris. Thank you Pascal for your attention and for answering all our doubts and suggestions. A bientôt!

rooftop - sensasse
Perfect location in the heart of Paris. Weather permitting, the rooftop is worth every penny. We had an excellent time celebrating in Paris.

Gateway to Paris
Located in central Paris this 2 bedroom apartment is great starting base for exploration of French capital, 9 minutes walk from Louvre and 3 minutes to Metro Station. Although a bit smaller than the pictures suggest you won't be disappointed. Great views of Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur from two terraces at the top floor.

Christmas in Paris
Property in an acceptable location-close to the metro and walking distance to most of the Paris sites. The property pictures are not quite representative of the actual property but close. Overall about what we expected from the online booking.
