Atelier d'artiste au 6è étage d'un bel immeuble: Séjour, salle à manger, petite cuisine équipée, salle d'eau, escaliers donnant sur deux loggias, puis une petite chambre " bateau" avec vue sur les toits et Notre Dame. 2 lits. Endroit charmant, typique Paris ancien, très calme placé idéalement à Saint Germain des Prés, devant les Beaux Arts, près de la Seine, du Louvre, du musée d'Orsay. Nombreuses boutiques de vêtements. Marché facile à 5 minutes. Beaux livres et objets d'art, Télévision, Internet. Idéal pour un couple amateur d'art et d'histoire, de bonne cuisine. c'est un lieu où l 'on se sent vraiment bien et où sont nées de belles histoires d'amour. Wonderful stay.
Our host was very charming and welcoming. The apartment is like a museum, pieces and art books to devour after a day in Paris. The location is just as stunning as we walked around at night discovering new cafes. I hope to stay here again and again.

Utterly charming
I stayed at Valerie's apartment for one week. She is an artist and it shows..Paris is filled with art and beauty and the apartment and it's location remind you of that every second. The hostess is a darling incredibly well versed in arts, and she is readily available. The location is great, in the left bank near everything..the apartment, though very Parisian in terms of overall distribution and space, has an elevator and air conditioning and everything to cook..wonderful light. Thanks Valerie again. Just a word of advice: there are stairs to the mezzanine and second bedroom and this may be difficult for people with problems with stairs. Loved it.

Stay where locals stay
A lot of people say that they want to do what locals do but I don’t think they always mean it, as you do have to sacrifice some hotel comforts. Staying here was incredible as it was perfectly located, within a mile radius (walking distance) to Notre Dame, The Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, and so much more. You are also within 5 minutes of a very nice bakery (Josephine Bakery), supermarket (Monoprix), restaurants, cafes, and more. The apartment itself was very unique, a true Artist’s loft, with a lot of character. Just a heads up, if you are tall or large, this might not be the place for you as the steps to the 2 beds are narrow and the ceilings in some spots are only about 6 foot high.

Comfortable Stay in an Excellent Location
This quiet, comfortable, characterful apartment is located in an excellent area of Paris, very handy to cafes, metro station and with the bus to Montmartre just outside the main door to the street. It is just as in the pictures (including a steep, narrow staircase to the bedrooms, so would not suit anyone with any mobility issues). Valerie is a gracious hostess and communication was excellent leading up to our stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely apartment Valerie. We had a fabulous time in beautiful Paris!

Atmoshere and location
Apartment is so close to many attractions in Paris. It is well equiped for living comfortably and is very quiet considering its proximity to the night life and traffiic. Once you enter the courtyard below all is peace. The small lift is practical and works well. Host Valerie communicates promptly and is very helpful. A very enjoyable stay.

Charming Apt.
We enjoyed our stay at Valerie's apt. It is charming and very convenient to many things. Valerie is a lovely hostess and we will try to stay here when we return to Paris.

Perfect apartment for Paris
We spent 4 nights at Valarie's lovely apartment she was the perfect hostess & the location was ideal for our first Paris experience. Easy walking to everything, restaurants, metro, supermarket. Not to forget the main attractions Louvre & Notre Dame. We will defiantly be back Valarie, merci again for your hospitality.

Room at the Top
Great location, close to plenty of good restaurants, bars and shops, very helpful friendly host and quirky decor, would definitely stay again
