Inoubliable, exceptionnel, charmant, de très bon goût et te accueillant
Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, accessible et agréable. Le jardin est agréable et en groupe de 8 personnes, nous avons pris notre apéritif dehors. De bons conseils sur les visites et restaurants. Petit déjeuner très très copieux. Nous recommandons ce gîte et avons apprécié la gentillesse incroyable et jamais vue des propriétaires. A refaire sans hésitation. Merci.

Basta saperlo!
La struttura occupa interamente un palazzetto d’epoca completamente ristrutturato pur mantenendo un suo stile ottocentesco specialmente nelle camere: stucchi bianchi, lampadari di cristallo a gocce, specchi, poltrone argentate, cuoricini, pizzi e merletti. Sembra di essere in una bomboniera.
Questi aspetti un po’ leziosi non vanno tuttavia a discapito delle caratteristiche funzionali di questo B&B. Tutto è stato studiato per rendere comodo il soggiorno. Occultati all’interno di un armadio (in modo da non guastare l’estetica degli ambienti) si trovano un piano cottura moderno, il lavello, un frigorifero, la macchina da caffè, le stoviglie e le posate, insomma tutto quello che serve per consentire completa autonomia agli ospiti che volessero prepararsi i pasti in camera.
Manca una sala comune per eventuali riunioni dei piccoli gruppi o per fare la colazione assieme: è necessario arrangiarsi ciascuno nella propria camera utilizzando le attrezzature messe a disposizione. All’orario concordato, dietro ogni porta ciascuno troverà un simpatico cestello con diverse tipologie di pane e cornetti caldi. Latte, succhi di frutta, formaggi tipici francesi, marmellate, ecc. si trovano nel frigorifero.
I servizi igienici sono comodi e puliti. Voglio solo avvertire i futuri ospiti di questo B&B che per alcune camere (per fortuna non tutte) non è prevista la porta del gabinetto. Mi chiedo il motivo di questa carenza in una struttura completamente modernizzata, carenza che può creare situazioni imbarazzanti. Probabilmente in certe aree c’è un diverso concetto di privacy. Basta saperlo e casomai evitare le camere col gabinetto ‘en plein air’.
Il nostro gruppo di sette persone distribuite in quattro camere doppie è stato accolto da una gentile signora, molto disponibile anche nel darci le principali informazioni turistiche per muoversi nella città di Troyes.
Nel cortile interno esiste un parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti. Con una passeggiata di circa dieci minuti è possibile raggiungere i quartieri centrali, sia quelli moderni che quelli antichi caratteristici, con le case a graticcio e pieni di ristoranti.
Direi che La Demeure de Charme, con le dovute cautele sopra esplicitate, è un’ottima soluzione per soggiornare in Troyes, città poco nota al turismo di massa ma bella e interessante.

A Lovely stay
We had a great stay here, the owner is very friendly and speaks a little English. We loved the morning bread basket hanging on our door each morning, it arrived at 8am and contained lovely croissants, fresh bread and pastries. Our little fridge was full of small cheeses, butter and jam as well as water, milk and orange juice. There was also a lovely coffee maker in the room which can also boil hot water for tea. There is a supermarket opposite the house which is useful if you want to buy a few bits so that you can have lunch or supper in your room. The room itself was very nice, all very clean and fresh. The house is approximately a 10 minute walk into the centre of Troyes, a lovely town with lots of restaurants. We would love to return one day.

Comme dans un rêve
Pour fêter nos 5 ans de vie commune, nous avons choisi de partir en week-end à Troyes. Après quelques recherches sur internet nous avons choisi ce lieu magnifique tout en romantisme. La surprise fut encore plus belle que sur les photos. Un accueil chaleureux avec un hôte très à l'écoute et vraiment aux petits soins pour ses clients. Quand nous avons découvert la chambre, ce fut magique : tout était décoré avec élégance et raffinement : des pétales de roses sur le lit, les serviettes de bain pliées en cygnes, un petit mot de notre hôte... Tout était choisi dans le détail jusqu'aux perles de bain en coeur. De nombreuses attentions qui sont un vrai plus. La salle de bains avec sa grande baignoire était superbe pour un moment détente à deux. Pour le petit déjeuner, un joli panier nous attendait devant la porte au réveil, très copieux. Enfin le jardin extérieur est très agréable. Nous recommandons la demeure de charme à tout ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Troyes en amoureux en quête d'escapades romantiques. Vous aurez des étoiles dans les yeux !

Agréable séjour romantique et chaleureux.
Nous avons était bien accueillie par David et Sabine heureux propriétaire de cette demeure qui porte bien son nom.
Chambre confortable, équipement iréprochable, calme, chaleureux et nous avons très bien déjeuner.
Intimité respecter, le matin nous avions notre petit déjeuner à notre poignet de porte pour que nous puissions déjeuner dans la chambre.

Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui a su répondre à nos demandes. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Tout est pensé pour passer un séjour agréable. Des petits plus tels que des rafraîchissements ou bien des viennoiseries le matin. Je vous recommande cette endroits charmants pour votre prochain séjour, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Endroit convivial et charmant !
Nous avons passé deux nuits dans la chambre "argentée" : décoration raffinée, literie confortable
Tout est pensé pour votre confort.
Accueil très agréable et sympathique. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins (livraison de viennoiseries chaque matin et rafraichissements offerts).
Proche du centre ville et des villages de marques.
Petit bémol : la maison se situe face à un supermarché donc la vue n'est pas terrible si vous ouvrez la fenêtre. De plus, station de lavage de voitures sur le parking du supermarché qui fonctionne 24/24 donc impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit car trop bruyant.
