Bien mais pas top

Bons points: Bien placé. Lumineux. Grand. Box parking (zone payante). Draps et serviettes (parfum cigarette). Accueil sympathique. Correctement équipé. Chaise haute pour enfant (pas bébé). Très proche de tout et d'une plage ! Points faible: rafraîchissement nécessaire (radiateur arraché, infiltrations d'eau, moisissure dans les douches, évier bouché...). Box parking pour véhicule moyen (avec un ford s-max, ça passe mais il faut manoeuvrer). Pas de papier WC, produit lave vaisselle et sac poubelle. Bref, une bonne adresse qui peut s'améliorer. Merci.

Leaking Roof all over and Upstairs an Oven

Roof needs massive work by the condominium association. The upper floor is like an oven. The person in charge Gaelle is in another city and cannot help you with anything. Also made false claims which are just obsurd about my wife and 2 kids taking wine glasses and damaging apartment when in reality we spent hours cleaning you peasant dripping water and emptying the pots and bowls we put out. It rained each night we were there so it was crazy. Normally my reviews are highly positive please check them! This is the only negative experience I have had. The person in the photos is the caretaker Kristell who came over to see all the leaking water. These are some of the pots and bowls we put out.

Excellente situation et bon logement

Appartement très bien situé, conforme à la description donnée. Un peu plus de confort au niveau de la literie serait idéal, ainsi qu'un peu plus de vaisselle (notamment des couteaux coupant suffisamment). Le garage est toutefois quasi inaccessible aux grosses voitures familiales. Sinon, rien à redire, nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Merci pour votre avis. Ravie que vos vacances se soient bien passées. La literie est neuve mais vous avez peut-être trouvé les matelas un peu trop fermes. Concernant le garage, il est vrai qu'il n'est pas très large. Les mètres carrés sont très chers à Saint Servan... Bonne reprise à vous. Bien cordialement, Gaëlle

Appartement lumineux

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, l'appartement est agréable, bien équipé et bien placé ( mer au bout de la rue; boulangerie, superette, restaurant, la poste, marché, etc..., pas loin du logement). St Malo et ses alentours sont de beaux sites à visiter. Pas de regrets.

Bel appartement spacieux et confortable

Un appartement idéal pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants, avec une chambre isolée idéale pour le repos des grands parents!! L'appartement est lumineux et situé en plein centre ville prés du marché et des commerces. Nous y avons passé une semaine de Noël fort agréable et reviendrons avec plaisir l'été pour profiter de la plage qui est très proche.

Duplex en dernier étage idéal pour 6 personnes et tout confort

Cet appartement est réellement bien situé à 50 m de la plage. Il convient aussi parfaitement à 6 personnes. Il est très bien équipé au niveau de la cuisine, et en hiver il est bien isolé et chauffe vite. Un atout à signaler : le marché de Saint-Servan au pied de l'immeuble sur la place de la mairie mardi et vendredi est réellement bien achalandé avec des produits de la région et de la mer, la rue commerçante est à 2 minutes à pied et plusieurs boulangeries sont disponibles. On peut assez facilement aller à pied à Saint-Malo. En voiture, on rejoint rapidement les grands axes.

Muy buena opcion para conocer Saint Malo y la Bretaña

Piso amplio, luminoso, comodo y tranquilo. Bien ubicado pese a estar algo alejado de intramuros. Tiene dos habitaciones con una de ellas con una cama-nido para dos personas, (mejor niños) ademas de la cama de matrimonio. Esta muy bien equipado en cuanto a menaje de cocina, ropa de cama, toallas etc. Como unica pega, que es un tercero sin ascensor. Lo recomiendo.

Bright and comfortable apartment

A very comfortable apartment, with plenty of room for two people. Spacious and bright and in a very good position - away from the hustle and bustle, but in easy walking distance of the old walled town and the lovely beaches and walks. We really liked the upstairs bedroom - very comfortable bed, and the low-ish ceilings didn't bother us at all. It was also a warm and cosy room. Effective heating system in the apartment (it was very cold weather when we stayed).
