Die Lage ist fantastisch. Direkt am schönsten Strandabschnitt von Biarritz in einem ansehnlichen Haus. Die Terrasse ist wirkt anfangs schmal, ist aber vollkommen ausreichend. Einen schöneren Blick kann es nicht geben. Morgens, mittags, abends Surfern zuschauen und abends dem Sonnenuntergang. Perfekt. Von der Terrasse gibt es einen direkten privaten Strandzugang.
Fussläufig gibt es nette kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Käse, Wein, Obst≥müse, Apotheke etc. mit saisonalen, guten Produkten.
Gute neue Matratzen, ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit viel Charme und Komfort. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts.
Es handelt sich nicht um ein quadratisch-praktisch-gut Apartment. Die Wohnung ist alt und mondän, was man den Bädern und Zimmern ansieht. Die Leitungen sind Überputz, die Fenster und Heizkörper häufig übergestrichen. Die Handtücher dürften mal ersetzt werden und ein gutes Durchlüften ist nötig um die Feuchtigkeit in den Griff zu bekommen. Es ist so als würde man bei Großvater zu Besuch an den Strand kommen, mit allen Vor- und Nachteilen. Wir haben uns jedenfalls Superwohl gefühlt und vermissen die netten Menschen in den Geschäften, die Meeresbrise, das Meeresrauschen, die Sonnenuntergänge und das atemberaubende Panorama sehr.

Inmejorable situación
Dueños muy atentos , inmejorable situación encima de la playa y a un paso del centro , el defecto es lo antiguo de muebles , y la poca inversión en mejoras
Con un poco de inversión sería una estancia de 5 estrellas

Perfect location
You couldn't ask for a better location on the beach in Biarritz. Amazing views, easy access to the beach and well placed for all the amenities you might need on your holiday. The apartment is rustic (think beach house) but the living area is great and for this price, I don't think you'll get better.
The owners are very nice (and understanding.. we had to delay our departure due to our son having to go to the hospital right before we were due to check out and they were very amenable) and responsive to any queries.
I would definitely come back here!

Fantastic location but not the best standard of apartment.
Location wise - it could not have been better! Beach practically outside the door, walking distance to everything in Town....but....
Apartment not the best standard, perhaps due to location? Humidity, hanging wallpaper, mould on walls and a washing machine that did not work. Apartement owner though very polite.
Biarritz as destination gets 5 stars....apartment gets 3 - leaving an average of 4 stars all together.
