Additional information: Middle Gables was a delightful place to stay in Bourton-on-the-Water. The character of the home was so lovely, and the furnishings were beautiful. Check-in and communication was easy, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend Middle Gables for your stay in Bourton.

About the neighbourhood
Chipping Campden is one of the main market towns in the North Cotswolds, built by medieval traders with wealth created from the wool trade. With many thatched cottages, this is one of the most picturesque towns in the region. A notable feature of the town is the Market Hall which was built in 1627. Originally thought to be used in the wool trade, the main function of the hall was actually to give shelter to local cheese, poultry and butter sellers.
Getting around
The Cotswolds is a rural location and whilst there is access to public transport, it is highly recommended that you have a car.
