Rowlands makes a great home from home and is ideal for families, corporate guests and contractors working in the area. The accommodation is large semi-detached house in a residential area of Solihull with private off road parking, large communal entrance with access to a private kitchen diner and comfortable lounge. downstairs large bedroom and shower room. Upstairs is three further bedrooms and a bathroom. A fully fitted kitchen and utility includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, tableware and utensils.
