The Granary is a newly and luxuriously converted Victorian farm building, situated in its own courtyard garden, within the grounds of a 17th century Barn. It's rural location on a country lane, offers a delightful 'getting away from it all' feel whilst remaining accessible, at a distance of just 5 miles from Junction 8 of the M20 in Kent.

Recently renovated and totally refurbished, The Granary has a contemporary feel, with modern bathrooms and furnishings, yet retains its original character, with oak beams, floors and doors.

Beautifully furnished cottage with ample room for all our party. Even our 14 month old was catered for with a cot and high chair. The host gave us detailed directions covering all possible modes of travel to the cottage so that everyone arriving would find their way. Very much appreciated. About the neighbourhood
The Granary is located along a very quiet, country lane approx 2miles from the famous Sutton Valance school. The surrounding area is mainly fields, with grazing sheep and cows along with an Organic Apple Orchard opposite the property and Hop bines, further along the lane. The property, whilst benefitting from wonderfully quiet and peaceful surroundings, is not isolated, as there are several other properties within this part of the lane. The nearest pub can be reached on foot via public footpaths, starting at the apple orchard, (approx 25mins walk) The 2 AA Rosette Mulberry Tree Restaurant (twice awarded Kent Restaurant of the Year) is also located a couple of miles along the lane.
