Located on a quiet cul de sac, this 3 bed townhouse is in an ideal location for visiting Dublin.

Internally the accommodation comprises entrance hall with guest facilities off, a large living room with an attractive open fireplace, feature bay window and double doors leading to a dining / kitchen area - this room has double doors to the conservatory and rear yard. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. The bedrooms are 1 single room, 1 twin room, and 1 room that can be made up as either a twin or a double room.

We can also supply a double futon which can be used in a downstairs room and can increase the house capacity to 7.

The house is in a quiet street. It's a 20mins walk to the next big road where buses run frequently. Taxi is about 25eur into city centre.
Had problems with TV and wifi, worked eventually. House needs to be done up, old furniture and dirty carpets. House was really cold on arrival. Dishwasher didn't clean the dishes. Washing machine was ok.

I appreciate feedback, however,this review does not give a true reflection of the house. The internet and TV both work - guests had fiddled with equipment and not reconnected them correctly. I live next door and sorted both within 10 minutes of them calling into my house. There are bus routes that travel to the city centre within a 10...

The house is in the Dublin suburb of Clonskeagh, very close to a University College Dublin and only a few kilometres from the city centre where you will find theatres, museums, galleries, history, shopping and experience Ireland's famous hospitality & night life. Within 10-15 minutes walk there are a number of bus routes that will bring you directly into the city centre or to Dublin airport.
To the front of the house is a paved area with off-street parking and there is also free on street parking.
