The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the city centre and local amenities, restaurants, bars and shops. Scenic areas, local towns and attractions are easily accessed by car or public transport as are other cities - both Edinburgh and Glasgow are less than an hour away and Dundee 30 minutes away. The apartment itself is a generous space, arranged to be entirely separate and private from our home with access through its own doorway. An off-street car parking space is provided. The apartment is bright and spacious offering a large double bedroom, large living/dining room, kitchen and shower room. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large fitted wardrobe with storage cupboard. Well equipped, the kitchen contains an oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a full suite of crockery and utensils. The shower provides on demand hot water, fed from a combi boiler. Heating is available throughout the annexe which can be controlled to your requirements – making it very cosy. Complimentary WiFi is also provided. The accommodation is self-contained with a dedicated guest access. All of the space within the accommodation is for the sole use of the residents. The accommodation is available for up to two adults and does not cater for children. There is a no smoking policy. We will endeavour to have a personal check-in and check-out with guests. Had a fantastic break at this lovely cosy, comfortable flat. It had everything that you could possibly want or need. I'll certainly book this accommodation again.................. if Carlsberg did holiday rentals they couldn't do better..

The accommodation is located in a very popular, friendly area. It is close to the city centre and local services, such as supermarkets and swimming/leisure facilities, by foot, car or public transport. A number of walking routes and local parks are within a short walking distance.
Getting around
As advised, the accommodation is well placed to travel in to Perth city centre and the surrounding attractions and settlements. There are very good public transport links from the accommodation itself - there are regular bus services on the street and other services nearby serving the city and regional destinations. Perth is also served by local and regional rail and bus services (stations) making getting to and from the city easy. The property can be accessed by foot or bus from the bus and railway stations and the Park and Ride facility at Broxden Roundabout on the M90 and A9 roads.
