This very comfortable and cozy semi detached holiday home is located in a quiet housing development in Aviemore and is a short 10 minute walk to the main centre of Aviemore where there are many restaurants, bars and shops. Locally there is a Co-op mini-market, pizza place and fish & chip bar less than two minutes walk away where you can get excellent pizza and fish supper should you wish to have a night off cooking. The rear of the property also boasts fantastic views of the Cairngorm mountains whilst to the front of the property you overlook a large grassy area.

The property benefits from a comfortable lounge with 40' smart tv, DVD player and soundbar, two leather sofas and a further sofa bed. The kitchen/diner is spacious and well equipped and a table which extends to sit 8. Also downstairs is a WC. Upstairs leads to 3 bedrooms...

Good location, could walk to restaurants, excellent hiking within easy reach. Comfortable house, had what we needed and we enjoyed our week.

Clean, basic accommodation with ample parking in convenient location. Shop, take-away and pub within easy walking distance.
