This modern stylish home is located a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Aviemore, making it an ideal base for a visit to the area. The house is also based on the Aviemore Orbital Footpath making it a great starting point for walking or cycling.
Downstairs there is a lovely open plan lounge/dining area with patio doors leading to a small enclosed garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, microwave etc. There is also seating for four people. There is also a downstairs WC and wash hand basin.
Upstairs there is one double bedroom with king size bed, fitted wardrobe, wall mounted smart TV and hairdryer.

Beautifully decorated, very clean, quiet , comfortable house with excellent safe parking. Was very easy to find. Have recommended to all my friends.

Very comfortable, warm with every amenity. The house is fairly new and has a high spec. Everything from crockery to bed linen was of a high quality. Would highly recommend this house if you are looking for somewhere in Aviemore.

Fantastic new home which is beautifully decorated with everything you need. Close to the Aviemore orbital which was a bonus.
