Wonderful return visit!
Just returned from White Corries having last stayed 3 years ago.
Had a wonderful time again. The house is very well equipped. Our family covered 3 generations, the youngest being 2 years old. We ate in most nights and there were ample large pans to cook with. The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance of Aviemore. We loved the beach at Loch Morlich where the family booked paddle boards. Had a wonderful meal at the Cairngorm hotel. Visits to The Highland Wildlife Park, the Folk Museum and Ruthven Barracks were enjoyed by all. Thank you Mark - hope to visit again.

This is a nice well equipped house, however there were a few problems. It states that it sleeps 10 but realistically there is only room for 6 in the living area. I cant imagine 10 people managing to eat at the table in the dining area but it will seat 8 comfortably.
There was a badly stained duvet in the master bedroom and the hoover was broken. The skirting boards behind the seating area were thick with dust. All in all we enjoyed our stay but at a cost of nearly £2000 (New Year visit) we felt it was not worth the money.

Great House for Family Getaway
2nd time we have booked White Corries and fantastic house and location for a family break in Aviemore! Plenty for the kids to do in the village and surrounding area! Booking very easy and owners couldn’t be more helpful! Definitely recommend 👍

Great place to stay with 5 friends
The house was perfect for our mums shopping weekend away, plenty of space and the house is well equipped. It is located in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac but still near to the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for a break away, will definitely go back.

Long weekend stay
We stayed here over the weekend (26st-29th oct). 5 adults 5 kids plenty of room. Was a great stay. Very homely and clean. Would definitely book this place again if we were going back up to aviemore in the future.

Great House
Had a fantastic time staying at White Corries with my wife and family (4 children ages 13,11,10 & 8) and friends with their children (ages 4 & 1). Accommodation fitted 10 comfortably and was clean and well furnished. Location was a short walk from Aviemore and made an excellent base for exploring the Cairngorms.

Great base for two families
Stayed here with friends - two families in total. It was a great base for Aviemore and activities around the area with good self catering facilities. Having a washing machine and tumble drier made a big difference with two young children with us. There are some children's crockery / cutlery, books and DVDs available and the bathroom / shower facilities are more than adequate. It made the trip a lot more enjoyable for us to have a communal sitting area where we could chat to our friends after the children were in bed.

Great centre for lots of activities
Took my wife and my two sons and their children to this quiet location in Aviemore. Enjoyed the 12 minute walk in to Tesco to get newspapers each morning. The Coop was closer but enjoyed the excercise and the scenery. Spent two days at Loch Insh, two days at Loch Morlich and went on the Cairngorm Funicular. Mono Rail to top of mountain. Also visited Cairngorm Brewery just 5 minutes walk and enjoyed samples of their prize winning beers. Everyone wanted to see Hamish (Polar Bear Cub) at Highland Wildlife Park at Kincraig 8 miles away. Lots of shops in Aviemore.

Just great.
I would highly recommend White Corries. The location is quiet and peaceful and we had a red squiirel that visited the back garden. It is a perfect house for a family break. The house was warm, clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed.A short walk to Aviemore centre or even shorter to the local Co-op.

Good for a weekend break.
The house was perfect for our weekend family break - not fancy but fine for us. If anything a few more dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid.
Not to far from town or golf club.

Directions By Road – SAT NAV post code - PH22 1LG
From the South:
At Perth head North on A9 (signposted for Inverness). Approx. 80 miles north pick up signs for Aviemore / Coylumbridge. Turn right off A9 then immediately left. Carry on right through Aviemore. Turn right onto Dalfaber Drive (signposted for the MacDonald Dalfaber Country club). Drive down Dalfaber Drive, crossing the railway line, then turn 2nd right into Craggan More Road, then 2nd right into Cairn Slowne. No 12 is at the end of the cul-de-sac on the right.
From the North:
At Inverness head south on A9 signposted for Perth. Approx 35 miles South pick up signs for Aviemore. Turn left off A9 then immediately turn right. Heading into Aviemore turn 3rd left into Dalfaber Drive (signposted for the MacDonald Dalfaber Gold and Country club). Drive down Dalfaber Drive, crossing the railway line, then turn 2nd right into Craggan More Road, then 2nd right into Cairn Slowne. No 12 is at the end of the cul-de-sac on the right.
