Stayed at the apartment for two nights which was excellent very spacious fantastic kitchen and only 10 minute walk from centre a supermarket just round the corner and some lovely bars wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Visited this apartment in June for 2 nights with two friends. Apartment was fabulous. Very spacious, clean and a superb location - easy walking distance to the city centre and surrounding area. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely book again.

About the neighbourhood
The flat is quietly situated in a beautiful Victorian tenement on the edge of Edinburgh's New Town. East Claremont Street is an attractive cobbled street presenting fine examples of the diversity in architecture within the city. From the street there is a view of Edinburgh Castle whilst Princes Street is 0.6 miles away. The Broughton area has a vibrant mix of cafes, bars, restaurants and designer shops all within a 5 to 10 minute walk. There is a corner shop along the street and a Tesco supermarket a couple of streets away for all your grocery needs.
Getting around
The flat is in walking distance of Princes Street, simply take a left turn out of the flat and turn left heading up the hill on Broughton Street. If you require groceries turn left out of the flat and then right at the end of the road. There is a large Tesco on the right hand side at the cross roads a few minutes away. There is metered on street parking to the front of the flat (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm), however many guests park a few streets away where the parking zoning ends so the parking is free (turn right out of the flat and continue along the street to the 'T' junction with Broughton Rd, turn right along Broughton Rd and the free parking starts along this road just after McDonald Rd.
