The perfect base for a family, friends or couple to explore Edinburgh from! We have a large apartment in Canonmills available - only one mile from Princes Street, offering free parking. There are two double bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes. The large kitchen has views of Edinburgh Castle (perfect for the fireworks!) and has everything needed for cooking. The bright lounge looks out to a quiet street, has cable television, couches, a dining table and a tropical fish tank (don't worry - a timer will be set up to feed the fish!). Canonmills is a fantastic neighbourhood. There's plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes nearby, and the apartment is only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. The street is very quiet and there's a big Tesco and Lidl supermarket only a five minute walk away. We can offer free parking in a private car park if you have a car. There are buses available at the end of the street. It's a 25 minute walk to Waverley Train Station and a 20 minute walk to Princess Street. The apartment is only 9 miles from Edinburgh Airport. We are in the process of decorating the apartment, so rooms will be improved by June 2014! Please note, the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift available.
