The original townhouse dates from the circa 1860 and was converted into separate apartments in 1960. Internally the property is in excellent working order and is entered via a communal entrance hall. The location of the property is perfect, located in a quiet residential street in the heart of Edinburgh's West End, within a few minutes' walk of the retail and commercial city centre in Princes Street, George Street and Lothian Road and within 5 minutes walk of Haymarket Station, Tram stop and the Airlink Airport Bus.
