The apartment comprises of entrance hall way, 2 double bedrooms( one with 2 single beds), Extra fold away single bed available on request for 5th guest. Bathroom with shower, lounge with Smart Tv and dining area plus Wi-Fi Lounge has a seating for 4/5 with sofa and occasional chairs. Smart Tv. Dining area with table , seating for 4. Master bedroom quietly situated at rear of the apartment, has a Double bed and plenty of drawers and fitted wardrobes. Second bedroom quietly situated at rear of the apartment, has 2 Single beds, drawers and wardrobe. Extra fold away single bed available on request, if needed for 5th person. Great location. Very helpful owners. Extra touches like the bottle of wine and shortbread biscuits very much appreciated. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in this property whilst in Edinburgh to visit the royal mile and tantalloun castle. The property is perfectly located centrally and is around a 5 minute walk to the playhouse. There are plenty of cafés close by and minutes from main bus routes....More

With its stunning Georgian and Victorian architecture, and winding medieval streets, its easy to see why Edinburgh has been listed as a World Heritage Site. The setting is captivating. Edinburgh Castle dominates the urban skyline, perched atop the crags of an ancient volcano right in the centre of the city. The apartment could not be better situated to access all that Edinburgh has to offer. During the festival, the whole of the Royal Mile (15 mins walk maximum from the apartment) is devoted to a plethora of wonderful performing arts, street theatre, music etc.Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, shopping, local buses all within few minutes walk.
How to get there
Edinburgh Waverley train station, 0.25 miles (0.41 km) walking distance to property. Edinburgh Airport , 6.85 miles (11 km) from property. The Tram runs from the airport to York place (final stop) The journey time is approximately 39 mins. York place is close to Annandale street apartment. The airport bus, Airlink 100 service is only £4.50 single or £7.50 open return it operates 24/7. The journey time is approximately 30 mins from airport to city centre. Taxi costs approximately £28 one way.
