It is only a five minute walk away from the popular bars, bistros, restaurants and pubs of The Shore in Leith, while a five minute bus journey in the opposite direction will take you to the heart of the city centre.

The imposing entrance hall has a marble floor and grand staircase.

The livingroom is truly jaw-dropping, with original wooden panelling, high ceilings, ornate cornices and sash-and-case windows. The interior design is light and elegant, with chandeliers, leather couches, a traditional rug and a stunning rococo mirror.
