Located on Edinburgh's vibrant Easter Road to the north east of the city centre which is just a short walk from the lush green park of Leith Links and the hip waterfront Shore area. The Links provides an ideal location for relaxing on a rare sunny Scottish day. Whilst the Shore district is renowned for its vast array of top quality eateries and fashionable bars.

The Leith district offers plenty of attractions including the Royal Yacht Britannia which is moored at the Ocean Terminal shopping centre which hosts a good selection of restaurants and bars, a multiplex cinema as well as a a number of great quality shops.

The historical centre of Edinburgh is within easy walking distance of the property and transports you back in time. Offering popular tourist attractions including Holyrood Palace, Scottish Parliament and Castle separated by an array of shops, cafes, restaurants, museums and churches. Days can be spent exploring the closes (alleys) and learning about Scottish culture and heritage. A tour of the underground city also provides an interesting insight into days gone by.

Free private parking is available outside the apartment and it is well-served by frequent bus services. A taxi from the city centre costs between £5-8. The apartment is around 20min walk to both Waverley train station and the bus station, both of which are also reachable by direct bus services.

An Airport bus departs at regular intervals from Waverley Bridge or alternatively a number 35 leaves from the main road directly outside the property and stops at the airport.
